TERRIBLE!!! first off, they were not honest with me whatsoever. example: i had already had it diagnosed and i had 2 bad sensors. i took it up there, dropped it off, and all of a sudden i have 3 bad sensors and a "10 second delay" shifting into reverse or drive. i said whatever for the time being and just fix the sensors. 3 days later, they still did not have the sensors. i went back up there and come to find out, my car had not even been looked at yet or diagnosed by them whatsoever, so how could they know i had 3 bad sensors? and as i was pulling away with my car, there was NO delay in shifting at all. this guy also tried telling me that he was WAY WAY cheaper than going to the dealership, WRONG! so overall, they were not honest one bit, the service was slow(said it would be done within 24 hours) and it was never looked at after 3 1/2 days. i am still dumbfounded by the dishonesty of this place. the guy was a pretty nice guy who i talked to, but who isnt going to be nice when they are trying to take your money!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dear Ashley, We are sorry you had a bad experience with Advance Transmissions. We strive for customer service. Sometimes problems develop that are out of our control. Such as a suppler not having the parts in stock and you have to hope they order the correct parts. This does not happen often but it does happen. Even though we did not do any repairs on your vehicle I am glad you did find someone to repair your vehicle to your satisfaction. We recommended only repairs based on our over 30 years of experience and knowledge of all types of vehicles. We will work harder towards customer service.

Excellent shop!! Ken and his mechanics are extremely talented and did a top notch job rebuilding the transmission on my 02 F150. The price was fair, there were no hidden surprises like some other shops and my truck was done in a timely manner. I couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks guys for keeping my 337,000 mile baby still on the road!!

They did a great job on my pickup. They rebuilt my transmission for about 1/2 the cost of the other shops I got a quote from. All the other shops I took it to said it needed rebuilt with hardly looking at it. I give this shop 5 stars

Its nice to find honesty, and fast service. I was treated with respect from the tech. I had brought my 98 Dodge Dakota in for shifting problems and it was swiftly diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommended.

They did a total rebuild on the auto in our 01 Civic about 4 years ago. It had 220k miles on it when it went out. Since the rebuild we put about 50k miles on it, and it still works fine.
