This location made me wait for over an hour to be checked in. On top of terrible customer service my car failed the safety inspection. I took my car to my mechanic to have the repairs done and he said there was nothing wrong with my car. I called jiffy lube who had said that I needed the $700 repair and they contacted my mechanic. When I returned to the jiffy lube to have my re inspection done they treated me as if I were the problem, insisting that I wait again! After all of the trouble that I went to due to their error they had no apology to offer. They were rude and cost me a significant amount of time, effort, frustration, and money. I do not recommend going to this Jiffy Lube. I got an oil change at this place and was the only one there so they were NOT busy, everything seemed to go fine until I noticed my car was now leaking oil and it was not until they changed my oil. After getting it checked by another shop, come to find out they did a real messy job did not clean up the under carriage at all causing oil to leak on my driveway and garage floor. Thanks for being lazy and not doing your job, you just lost another customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to go to this location or Jiffy Lube in general.

Very fast oil changes during the weekdays. On two separate occasions I had to take my car back in to fix a leak. It was inconvenient, but they fixed the issue in a timely manner and was very friendly. I really dislike when you got to these places and you feel badgered by the upswell on overpriced services.

Staff is abrupt and rude. Not sure how a $19.99 oil change ends up being $74.00 with a fluid top off?! Pretty sure it would be $28 at Plaza Tire! Ive never seen such unprofessional people handling a business. These kids are a joke. They handed incorrect keys to two people in less than 5 minutes.

Ive always received great service and I ask them to put the used air or cabin filters in the trunk when they change them. My husband then inspects them to make sure they really needed to be changed. Weve never been disappointed with this location. Sometimes the wait is long, but worth it.

I pulled up to try to get a windshield crack repaired at 5:35. I waited outside until 5:40 without anybody greeting me and with an employee standing around looking at me from inside the building. If they dont want my business then Im happy to take it elsewhere.

Ive always been treated with respect and the staff are very professional. I take all of my vehicles there. Its nice to be able to see a company employ veterans who pay attention to detail.

Great for an oil change if you have a coupon. Better if you buy your air filters elsewhere though.
