I am Very disappointed in this place. I made an appointment to get my brakes done 5 days prior (I even called 3x), and come the day of the appointment, I show up and the man at the counter says he doesnt see me booked in for an appointment. Long story short, I talked to the brake technician and he didnt believe that I called 3x and i was so livid and annoyed at that point. He handed me my keys back and he slammed the door. I then hear him and 2 other men laughing and making fun of how I wouldve had to wait and etc. I go through my phones caller I.D and find the 3 dates that I called and talked to them and went back and showed the technician and he suddenly remembered that he had talked to me 5 days prior. Anyway, he apologized after i got upset ,like he shouldve and I am booked in for a later time. Way to make me feel like an idiot. They need to get more organized. After my brakes are finished (every other place is booked up), I will never go there again. Ive got my oil changed here before and they claim that you can set up appointments but Im never "booked in", every time I bring my car in. Invest in a notepad and pen or something. Its so aggravating!
