Very honest. I had one of the oxygen sensors on my QX4 throw a code which resulted in Check Engine. There are 4 sensors and when one goes bad, the remaining ones will follow. Art changed the sensor and few weeks later, the check engine light came back on. I knew it was more trouble but when Art checked it with his equipment and software program, it showed the same one that he just changed which is not possible. After calling the Nissan dealer, he found out the software program indicated to change the wrong sensor based on the code, a major fluke in the software. The code should be pointing to a different sensor. He replaced it at no cost and now I have 2 new sensors for the price of one. He could have easily told me it was a different sensor and charged me for it. Very HONEST.

Art, the owner, is the most honest mechanic you will ever meet. Been using him for over 15 years. The first time I went to him for a brake job he told me they didnt need to be changed, only cleaned and charged be $20, not $200 like other shops would have. I have referred many people, also satisfied to him.
