I decided to write this, not because I had the worst service of my life, but to make sure you dont. I heard bad things about this place, and I still insisted on going. Mistake #1. Ive given myself ample time to cool down and be rational, so this is the "nice" review. Read on. The day before, I called to see if they had a tire in stock. "Yes we have that in stock, this exact kind." Great.. Double check? Sure. "Yes lemme double check. We do indeed have one in stock." I get there 5 minutes later.. Not in stock.. So after I change my plans for the next day around their incompetence, I show up to get the service done: a simple oil change, tire rotation and new tire." Girl at the front desk decides to call her friend in the middle of me telling her what I needed and talked for 15 minutes, all the while the store phone was ringing off the hook. (never ended up picking up the phone so if you call and dont get an answer, this is most likely your problem) Another salesman told the girl that was helping me, "If that guy calls back just tell him I couldnt find what he was looking for. I havent had time to check and see if we have it." Really? christ. Ok great, after 40 minutes of explaining and re-explaining what I needed since she didnt feel the need to get off the phone with her friend, I handed over the keys and the wait began. Two hours later the girl comes back to tell me my cars ready.. Oops! No its not! Another 2 hour wait. A total of four hours later, yes 4, im walking out to my car. The people that worked on my car were great. Did good work. The sales staff on the other hand, ive never experienced anything as bad. Avoid at all costs. Dont give liars that tell you anything to get you in their shop your money.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DONT GO IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR! I went for an oil change and stood in line for which looked like forever. The sales people are snail slow. When I went to pick up my car, the key ignition was messed up! The first indicator was my door alarm beeping before I put my key in, then my key wouldnt go in at all! Three mechanics, including the one who serviced my car, had no clue what had happened and no idea how to fix it. One suggested sticking a screw driver in it to align it! Really?! To top it off right when I discoved the problem I told the sales person and the Manager Donald Mckenzie who basically accused me of bringing my car in like that! Uh Hello! If the mechanics couldnt put the key in the ignition before they drove it into the garage to do an oil change, DONT YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE DOCUMENTED IT TO COVER THEMSELVES! After I brought up that point he agreed to have it fixed . To top it off, as I drove home my check engine light came on. I dropped the car off the night before, since the guy at the counter said that the manager would be in around 7 or 8 the next morning to start on my car. After calling several times to check on my vehicle and speaking to salespeople, who didnt give a damn, I received a call from the manager, in the afternoon, that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I had two keys instead of one. Now I have to open the door with a key and turn on the ignition with another. He wouldnt even match all the locks due to THEIR faulty service. So now Im inconvienced, my car is not in the same state is was when I brought it in. I would advise you not to waste you time and money at this place, cause they dont care about your s&*#!

Rough experience as well. Ive always had slow service at this location- a few of the guys have been nice and helpful, but I cant overlook the bad service anymore. Heres why.... #1- 1st time I bought tires at this location- the guy (Jack) "helping me" told me that he didnt have the tires I wanted. So, naturally, I told him I would go somewhere else for them because I wanted those specific tires. As SOON as I mention leaving, he says... OH wait I found four of them at our other store." He didnt want to lose my service- so he MIRACULOUSLY found the tires I needed. #2- I recently had an experience similar to Yoni below. I called to find out if a tire was in stock- got a woman on the phone who was obviously NOT excited to be helping me. I asked about the Weatherwise II tires. She did a long, slow search and told me neither Bluebonnet nor Cortana had the tire in stock. She told me she also searched the warehouse and did not have the tire. End of story. SO- I started pricing other tires at Sears and did a little comarison. I asked about three other Michelin tires (since those are the only tires Ill buy)... and her reponse was...." Micheline Primacy is $128.99, Hydroedge $140.06, Harmony $130.96, and Weatherwise II $114,99." BEHOLD, after 15 minutes on the phone....she mentions the tire I had called about in the first place! So, I said... " I thought you couldnt get the Weatherwise?" "We can order it... but it takes 3-5 business days." YOU couldnt have mentioned that before?? I was so frustrated. I am now going to search for the tires that I WANT at a different location. Service is obviously not a huge deal to this place. I would recommend Allied Tire on Starring instead!

Moved down here from NJ where I had slow (by my standards, having worked in a shop myself) but friendly and efficient service. Came in to get a tire patched or buy new tires if they could work with me since I had bought tires with a 90k mile treasure warranty in NJ 4 years and 2 months ago. Well the tires were apparently going to be a hassle and tale at least 4 hours to install so I asked for a patch and I would come in next weekend for new tires. The patch was going to take 3.5hrs and be $20 since the road hazard warranty only lasts 4 years ($25/tire). This location has ruined my experience with Sears Auto and I will not be doing business with them ever again.

All around poor experience AGAIN. First time I sat in the waiting room quite awhile until I noticed my car had already been finished and was in the front lot. When I chased someone down who was busy with her Iphone or something, she said OH, it was just finished. This time, I waited in the parking lot for an hour because they are NOT open at 9am on Sunday. I wanted to have work checked under warranty BUT the tech who does THAT peticular service wasnt available. Wow.... No greeting upon enetering, no apology for wasting my time or for the problems that developed after service. Why even open the center? What happened to customer service?

Not surprised this place has two stars. Literally the worst sears auto place Ive been to. Ive been with sears auto for 5 years and this one ruined it for me. Only 1 guy knows how to fix a freaking window?! And they tell you they can help you if you walk in the next day. But then when you do they say their booked until next week! Thanks for wasting my gas money to drive all the way out there for no help, wasting my time, and saying you had never said that youd help me if I just walk in when you clearly did and I asked if I could just make an appointment and you said it wont matter you take walk ins! This place needs to get there act together!
