Being new to the Denham Springs area I called around to a few local repair shops when I suddenly had a problem with my car not starting. Every repair shop that I contacted listened to the troubleshooting that I had done myself and proceeded to tell me that I would just have to get my car towed in so that they could do a diagnostic. Every repair shop that is except Check Point Auto Care. I spoke to Randy and in seeing that I was trying to troubleshoot and possible fix the issue myself he did not hesitate in helping me go through multiple troubleshooting ideas over the phone. Believe it or not, he nailed the issue. I was able to go buy a new starter and fix the problem myself and save around $200. I have never been to Check Point Auto Care, but I assure you that they have a brand new customer now. I will definitely look to them first when I need any maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Thank you Randy for helping this not-so-vehicle-savvy young woman when you could have easily just told me the same thing the other shops did.

I want any one who going to repair there automobile to read this before doing business with this place. The rating he has is just that a 5 ☆ and I will tell you why. Must people dont take the time to tell a company how much they appreciate their honesty and integrity. But me being a business owner I totally understand the takers and con artist whom our among us all in business. I talk to 5 different repair auto shop and choice randy because of two reason. One his rating was not bs Two I knew what the problem was with my vechile and was shocked when he was honest with me from the get go. And on top of that he found an an additional problem I was unaware of. So that being said thank you sir for your honesty and integrity and fair and reasonable pricing.
