Had a timing belt job done in May. In October I discovered a bad oil leak in that area. My regular mechanic took a look at it, and said it was probably one of the seals gone bad with the timing job, take it back where the work was done and see if they can check it out. I did this. Mind you, the work was technically not under their warranty anymore since Id put 12k miles on it since the job. They did not mention it though, which made me think they do stand by their work. It ended up being a faulty valve cover gasket job. Something I had done 4 weeks prior in California. They did the work and fixed the issue and only asked if I could pay for the parts. Labor was free. In my opinion this was a good deal. On the phone he said he wouldnt charge me for anything. When I got there, he ASKED if I was willing to at least pay for the part. So instead of $145 it was $60. Charged me $48 for the gasket. About double what it would be at Auto zone. Hopefully, I wont have any other issues. Ill update if I do. This place isnt so bad. Make sure you know a little something about what youre getting and what you want/need so they cant inflate the bill. And inspect that the work was actually done. They forgot to replace the plug they removed to my power steering fluid and forgot to secure the wires running over the top of the engine, and left the screws lying loose on top of the engine cover. Also, after they did my timing belt job, by belts squealed very loudly all summer. They didnt tighten them enough. When I had a shop in California do some work that required disassembly to the belts, after the put them back, no squealing. So These people kind of sloppy work. I wont be going back. UPDATE- I am having more issues with the parts they worked on, now. Untightened belts squealing and whining, and alternator belt issues. DONT GO HERE!!

Took my moms CRV in about a week and a half ago for a standard oil change, I had a coupon so it was cheap. But they did a free break inspection without me even asking for one and found that the breaks were almost non-existent, they were so worn down. Hayden Cardwell, the owner, insisted on bringing me into the garage to show me how bad the breaks were. His mechanics also found the air filters used up and needing replacing. I told Mr. Hayden that I appreciated him showing me the breaks but I hadnt the time or money to address them that day. Mr. Hayden didnt push the breaks but he did stress just how bad they were. He estimated the cost for the breaks and the filters and said Id get 10% off for it if I came back within the next 30 days. So after discussing the matter with my mom, I took the CRV back the next morning. They were a little short staffed that day so it wasnt fast but it was cheaper than it would have been at a dealer. About $350 (with the 10% discount) for the front breaks and air filters. All in all, Mr. Hayden is what made me like the place. His willingness to discount the services, friendly nature, and open attitude has won me over.

I am a fleet service coordinator and I will NOT make the mistake of sending any of my vehicles to All Tune and Lube again. The driver of our vehicle was a woman and she was taken advantage of because the "technician" figured she had no clue what she was doing. We in the office however know when we are being taken advantage of and we are the ones who this service is for. When I spoke with the tech and with the manager they gave me different break downs of what the service would cost. They charged me more for semi synthetic oil than I have ever paid for fully synthetic oil. They added 4 unknown shop fees and by the end of it the oil change cost $90.22. The tech and manager I spoke with were very unprofessional and was very defensive. Had the service not been already preformed I would have refused service. Our fleet will never use All Tune & Lube again and I suggest that all others take my warning.

Ive had several great experiences dealing with Hayden at All Tune and Lube. I was very nervous about finding the right place to take care of my vehicle because I know nothing about cars, and Hayden made me feel very comfortable about the whole service. The first thing I had done was an oil change, but Hayden agreed to examine the whole vehicle (no extra charge) to identify what else might need to be done and gave me cost estimates for each. He helped me prioritize the order of the preventative maintenance items to fit my budget. He helped me find tires when needed and told me how long I can expect them to last. He educated me on how to take care of my vehicle outside of the shop to prevent expensive repairs. I cannot say enough about their service.

I went in for an oil change. Just an oil change. The guy tried to charge me extra for checking my fluids without my consent. I made him scratch it off the bill. Then, since I hadnt been in there in a few years, he asked me who Ive been going to instead of him, as if its any of his business. He listed a bunch of things that he could fix on my car, and I told him "just the oil change." (I believe that the things need to be fixed, but Im smart enough to shop around for the best deal first). Then, he pulls up my history and says "just the oil change, huh? im not surprised! you said that the last 6 times you were here!" Dont worry, pal. You wont have to worry about it happening again, since I wont be returning.

Stopped in here hoping they could change out a failing part for me on my car. (Something I could easily do myself at home, but I was 700 miles from home) They refused to do it for me because I was supplying the part (brand new from Autozone, just down the street) This is understandable, but was it necessary to insult my choice of car and the fact that I was from out of town? In this economy, business should be more helpful. I suggest you find someone else to service your car.

They failed to top my moms fluids off even though she paid extra for this service. They didnt put the rivets back in my splash guard after an oil change causing it to fall off and 180.00 in damage. They stripped the oil plug on my boyfriends car and not claiming responsibility for it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
