I went to get my trucks brake line fixed and thats the only thing that did after that I was getting violent shaking and grabbing in the front end so I took it back "we didnt see anything, just tightened the brakes" $40 gone. Then I sent it back to get a u-joint replace "we looked at all the u-joints, they look fine" so I asked them what was causing the shaking that I mentioned to them so many times "shaking? Well have a tech drive it." A week later I called them up and they said "its the cab that is causing the shaking." ????????? What??????? The cab would cause the death wobble? Didnt see that when I looked on forums. If it was the cab then I would hear the cab shaking not the front end. Then as I was going home tonight, the whole entire time my truck was shaking so violently that people were starring at my truck, at night. So to sum up this journey of frustrations and headaches Im done doing business with then

Took my vehicle to them and after 3 visits and over $600 my air conditioning STILL does not work. They continued to want to fix more things and of course more money. They were told I had a warranty although when asked if they contacted my warranty department to start a claim, I was told hmmm no trying to find out how much first. Dont you usually figure all this out before calling the customer??? Also after being very upset the owners tell me they dont need my business. WOW!! Guess some businesses play they game if well if that doesnt fix it well try THIS......CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

Ive been using this shop for the past 2 years now and I love the fact that they always try to accommodate you with the cheapest solution first before suggesting any larger repairs. Honesty is a hard thing to find in the auto repair industry!
