I bought my diesel VW Jetta in Eau Claire, WI but Bob Burg VW is closer to where I live so I brought it there for service. After an oil change and other minor maintenance I drove off the lot and the check engine light came on. I called them right away and was told I could bring it back, but I would be charged again for a service call. I literally had my car back for 2 minutes. I didnt bring my car back there for two years. I chose to give them another chance yesterday. I called and made an oil change appointment and mentioned that the blinker light in the passenger side mirror didnt work and I asked for estimates of my costs. I was told that the oil change would be $87 and the light would be $50 in labor, $5 for a new bulb and approximately $50 if it was the whole light. During service they called and told us that the light, if we wanted to fix it, would be $200.00+. We declined. I brought the estimates that I was told with me when we picked up the car. I wasnt given any explanation and the man waiting on us didnt act as though he cared. It was more like he didnt want to address it so that he could avoid a conflict. We will not be returning to Bob Burg.

Inherited Bob Burg Auto as my local VW dealership for scheduled maintenance when I moved to La Crosse. Havent always had the best experiences; however, after a sub-par experience I had a respectful and friendly conversation with Mr. Burg which showcased his dedication for his dealership and ensuring customers have a positive experience. So while I havent always been impressed with the individual service (but who is with a car dealership?), I was impressed at the dedication to customer experiences and improving where there are opportunities the dealership as a whole made.

We stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Julie! She was so sweet, a delight to work with, and very helpful in fully explaining everything we had questions about. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Burg, and he too was very kind, and even welcomed our 2 small dogs into his showroom! What a wonderful place to shop for a car! We loved the 2013 VW Tiguan SE, with the huge, beautiful sunroof and very pretty beige interior. It looks much more like a higher priced luxury car!!! Thank you for being so great to us!

I have had decent service in the past but my last few interactions have been unpleasant. I continued to bring my car back for service since they had my records and the work done had been quality, but wont be anymore. I recently had a tune up and some work done and after getting my car back, it began having electrical issues that it had never had before. When I called within the week to explain and have it looked at again, the service rep was skeptical, unaccommodating, and rude.

I have worked with Julie Ramos at Bob Burg for my last 3 vehicle purchases, and the Bob Burg dealership for Audi and VW purchases since the early 1990s. My peeve in life is an auto sales person that knows less about the vehicle than I do. I could not be happier with Julies level of knowledge of VW and Audi, and other, vehicle specs. Never sales pressure. Always provides the impression of being much more concerned of the customers needs, rather than the dealerships.

I came in on a HOT DAY unannounced with a convertible top that was stuck in the down position (and rain was on the way). A gentleman named Robert helped me get it up and locked so I could get home. He was very nice and let me go through the manual process for the power top alongside him so if it happens again, I feel confident that I could do it on my own.

Went in about a week ago to see the new A5 Sportback.. the saleswoman is super knowledgeable and vey friendly. She let us test drive it knowing we couldnt afford it at the time. Always feel welcome when it comes to the Audi side off the dealership
