I DONT KNOW I brought my vehicle in to change the AC Compressor. Daniel wanted to run a diagnostic to check the AC system before replacing the AC Compressor; which was okay by me. I actually appreciated that. He later found that the AC Compressor was going bad and gave me a quote to change the compressor and also the condenser. Both prices were really high. So I made my way back to the shop to pick up my vehicle and I paid him for running his diagnostics. When I went to start my vehicle I noticed a howling sound coming from the engine. I walked back into the office and asked what all did they do to the car because it was not making this sound before I brought it in. His response was I DONT KNOW and that my Compressor was shot. One day later, I still have the howling sound coming from my engine and now the car wont even start. The car was driving smooth, quietly and the AC was blowing, just not cold. Now the car wont even start or take a charge. I hope they did not sabotage my car because I declined his services.

Im here on Good Friday 2017 to get new brake pads. I was actually going to wait until next week but even though they are swamped they strongly encouraged me not to wait. Ive overheard them tell two people with emergencies they will stay late if necessary. Watched them be very kind to a family from West Texas brought in by a tow truck and Uber. I was happy to be able to reassure the travelers they would be treated fairly. --April 2017 Came in within an hour of Saturday morning closing, concerned about my brake warning light. Got a quick check and honest answers. Graham is very nice! -November 2016

Amazing! Like what they advertised, honest advice, honest repair. My car was dead one day. It was diagnosed in NTB, they said both battery and alternator need to be changed. Then I came to their shop, they suggest me to only change the alternator and honestly tell me that the battery was still good. It saved me for 200 bucks. Actually, they could say that the battery needed a change as it looks old too. But they didnt. Ive been hating for being cheated by technicians for unnecessary service and replacement, due to my limited knowledge on car mechanics. But this shop doesnt do that.

I am newer to the city and always nervous these days to just take my car anywhere but I am ever so grateful for this place and its staff. I could not have found a mechanic that is any more honest than Graham and the others there. I have just made my 4th or so visit to them and every single time has been a wonderful experience which I why I decided to leave a review. I have seen them treat every person that comes through the exact same honest way and can tell it isnt all about the money with them. I highly recommend them!!

We have used Siegen Car Care for many of our car repairs, and they never disappoint. They are very knowledgeable about fixing cars, and they treat you well. Most of the time, our cars have been fixed in the same day we dropped it off. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices. We have never had any repeat problems from the parts they repaired. A friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing will keep us coming back.

I have to say their service is horrible. The owner looks nice but this store is rip off. Those mechanics are doing bad jobs. They replace some part of your car which could be good. Just wanna show you they did something on your car. If they could not fix your car but they still gonna charge you a lot. And later they said they could not fix this and refer you to some other shop.

These guys are the best! I bring both of my vehicles and my girls Infiniti here. Half the cost of the dealership and much more trustworthy and honest advice about what repairs are needed right now, and what can possibly wait until later. Ive been coming here for years and wont even consider taking my cars and truck anywhere else. Dan and Graham are the best!

They were helpful. Werent extremly pricey. I have a Volvo so its a little more expensive they didnt charge me more. Car was sounding real funny had someone tell me my engine was knocking didnt believe them came up here for them to tell me I had air in one of my lines. Wow big difference.!!!

Pass by this place, I spend $789.00 to repair my front end work and they were very nice but the cost and not warranty their service was horrible.....Today 2/7/17 after 6 months for the repair Im back at square one with repairing my Vehicle at another auto repair shop....

I would not consider taking my car anywhere else. The service is fast, and the shop charges you for the work done not additional things. It is a great sign of professionalism when they can suggest a better place to go for a particular service need.
