They totally messed up on one of the shipments and was no help at all!! Had a door tag that says another attempt would be made, and then to find out that was the last attempt and the guy marked off the wrong box and it got shipped back! Offered basically no help or any compensation. Unbelievable!!

Had to go out of my way to pick up something that was to be delivered because they WOULD NOT schedule a requested drop off time! There are no drivers in my area the time I needed anyday! I guess its not really about the customer! I will never use them!

Shipped a package. Very expensive. Package was damaged and returned to me (not shipped). FedEx now wants me to wait 5-7 business days to get in touch with the refund department and in the mean time wants me to pay AGAIN to have my package shipped.
