My first visit at FedEx was in OFallon off Highway K and went to ship gift baskets for my customers. After waiting 10 minutes, their system crashed and restarted our process. Waited an additional 20 minutes just to have the system crash again ans was unable to complete the process. Didnt have time to try for a third time and continued with my day until stopping into this location. Customer in front of me was told to use the UPS store because they couldnt help him (unsure why) and then I was proceeded to be told they would not be able to ship my packages due to their wrapped condition although secure and labeled correctly? Looks like Ill also be going to UPS from now on. Thanks for nothing.

They are very disrespectful. I tried calling and they over talk you and dont bother listening to you. You are better off with an automated machine.

Google Maps sent me further down the street, I had to call for directions. The store however is conveniently located and the staff is helpful.
