AVOID THIS STORE like the plague and AVOID UPS if you can! Ive had much better experiences and faster service at the regular US Post Office! I brought in some pint glasses to mail to friends for their anniversary. While I was in this store, I wrapped the glasses thoroughly, in multiple layers of paper as well as bubble wrap. I then selected a bubble wrap envelope to place them into, assuming all would be fine, and packaged everything up right there in front of the front desk worker who ended up checking me out and sending the package off. About a week later (on the date the package was originally supposed to arrive), I received a mysterious e-mail telling me there had been "some problem" but that the package would still be delivered. Then another week after that, I received a call from Fenton UPS Store Manager Jenn, asking me if I wanted to come in to "claim my broken package," very nonchalant, with no explanation of what had happened, as if she couldnt possibly care less about my situation. When I asked Jenn for more details, all she did was lecture me on why this situation is 100% my fault. Basically, I am the biggest idiot in the world for wrapping the package the way I did. She literally told me its "common sense" and she cant believe I sent off the package wrapped like that. AGAIN, I purchased the wrapping and envelope in this store and packaged it up right in front of the person who sent it off, so if it wasnt properly packaged, it seems to me the responsibility in this case lies with the store, not with the customer. When I asked about filing a claim, store owner Mike called me back, but he ended up doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. So I am out the money I spent on the gift, and Im also out the $10 shipping cost. If UPS is going to be so stringent about proper packaging, they should TRAIN THEIR FRONT DESK WORKERS to ask each customer what is in the package or at least intervene if they see a customer packaging something they think might be better packaged another way. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive experienced in a long time. Jenn is the most unpleasant individual Ive spoken with on the phone in a while, and when I complained to the owner Mike, he half-hearted apologized, saying theyve "been short staffed" and Jenn was "probably just overwhelmed and stressed out." Heres a little tip, Mike: As the business owner, you should be apologizing for your employees poor service and horrible attitude, not brushing it aside. Youve lost at least one customer for sure, and I hope this review encourages others to follow suit.

This store is amazing. Im in there 4-5 days a week, and the ladies who work there have been nothing but kind and nice to me. Jenn and Angie are always there with smiles on their faces and they get my packages quickly and make the entire experience so pleasant. Even when the store is busy, no one is ever rude and they take care of each customer quickly and with care. Quality customer service is rare these days, but the UPS store in Fenton is top notch!

If you expect anything you mail at this UPS location to arrive at its destination, you may end up disappointed. I mailed a package there, it never arrived. Also the man who works there is very rude. Youll be better off going to FedEx in Fenton. Ive never had a problem with packages disappearing when sent from there.

I dropped off several Amazon returns at this store just before Christmas. One was a Fender Guitar Amplifier. Amazon sent a notice to me on January 8th, 2016 stating that I didnt return the amplifier. SOMEONE has a new guitar amplifier and I am out $200.00.

I ship packages from this UPS store all the time. The packages always get where they are going and I am sent an email when that happens. I stop in often, picking up stamps and other materials. Its always a quick and easy stop for everything shipping.

I use the USAA service along with mailing, etc. 100% satisfied! Customer service is outstanding. Their # 1 employee is named Rose. She was friendly and upbeat. They really make you fell welcome here.
