I placed three orders from the same online store. Two of the packages came through UPS (in two days). The third package, for some reason, had to be shipped through Fedex. Everything went fine tracking it across the country, then it arrived in Earth City, Missouri. Here is where it has sat for the last two days. Give me a break. It travels from California to Missouri in two days, but then has to sit in Earth City for all this time just to travel another 3 hours to me? I will never use fedex again, and I will make sure I always tell that to vendors. If Fedex is my only option, i will find another vendor. Poor service.

Cant even tell you if the item as been shipped or not without a tracking number then I saw the truck drove pass my drive on the lot where I had them deliver the package then tried to call to see if the package was out they kept picking and hung up the damn phone poor service all around

The Darth City Fed Ex is one of the busiest places in the metro at the 0800 open, as every field service rep for 100 miles comes here to pick up parts. The parking lot is too small, and the clerks are overworked. No letup before 1000.

Went to drop off a package and they did not even have change for my $20. They told me I had to go to the gas station down the street to break my $20 and bring back exact change. Who does that? Ill go to UPS from now on.

Well, getting excited over a FedEx Facility isnt top priority. But the staff are professionals and always helpful. Not the cheapest around but better than the United States mail service.
