Dear copy center lady with the dark brown curly hair. Eclipse day 2017. You spoke so rudely to my husband and I and all we wanted to do was make copies. I was having such a good day and you talked to us like we were idiots and really just made me feel horrible. I have had people be ignorant to me before but just the plain flat out way you looked disgusted when we asked you a question was so uncalled for and sick. I dont know if your unhappy in life or that your dreams of moving up in office max management have stalled, but either way taking it out on the customers will solve non of it. Perhaps go for a jog or maybe try yoga. Whatever it takes for you not to despise people walking into your store I support it. Please seek help. Ill go to the library for copies from now on, I dont wanna upset your day ever again.

First time at this location, went at a busy time and seemed slightly understaffed, so that didnt help. Submitted an online print job in morning, and followed up over 3 hrs later on the phone because there was no email saying ready for pick up. It was finally ready, but busy when I got there so what I thought would be quick trip wasnt. I think Ill stick with the Cave Springs/ Veterans Memorial location in St. Peters for online print jobs, where my last job was done in 2 hrs max after online submission and way less busy.

This Office Max sucks. I went in when they have a promotion where if you bring in an ink cartage you get a free ream of paper. The promotion clearly said any type of cartage. I brought in a Dell printer cartage and they said they wouldnt do it. I showed them the ad and they said no. Talked to the manager and she said "I dont care what the promotion says, we are not doing it" False advertising.

i ordered a $199.99 desk for in store pick-up, which the site said they had 1 in stock. about a hour later i get a call saying they dont actually have the item in stock but they still charged me. now im waiting a extra 3 days just for my money to refund back into my account.. WOW! WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS

They have WAY to many employees 5 people asked me if i needed help i got it i got it and then i spent 5 minutes at the cash register because the girl was on the phone. WOW
