I wouldnt bother wasting my time to fill out a review if it were not for this rude Owner! I am done forever taking anything to this office. The lady that owns this store is RUDE!!! I brought in 12 packages today, with pre-paid labels done they way our VENDOR wants it done using their UPS shipper information. All she has to do is scan this, and hand me a reciept. Nothing but attitude from her. she says "you know you can have UPS pick up at your home". DUH. She said that it takes up too much space. Really? I should leave my packages at home unguarded all day long? This isnt the first time i have gotten attitude from this lady. EVERY TIME!! I usually go to another store, and they have FRIENDLY people there. I dont know what UPS pays her for taking these boxes, but its not my problem. You are representative of UPS. She is great at making customers fell NOT WANTED !!!

Aaaaaamazing! I always dread having to make Amazon returns that require dropping off packages. A 100ft garden hose was no exception! After a long hot day... I drug in a damaged box, tape unraveling, with a sun faded return label. Plopped it on the counter and embarrassingly tried to catch the dribble of water streaming out of the box. Talk about hot mess! Lol But within seconds, the gentlemen not only had my package re-taped and ready to go.... But I was smiling! Neither of the men working were phased by my less than graceful entrance and had an overall its-all-good-weve-got-this-covered vibe. So nice!

My experience with this ups was horrible . I was there on a Tuesday afternoon around 1230 and the gentleman that helped me had no sense of urgency. I gave him a box and I told him I would have another box coming in, and when I returned he was in the back again with no sense of urgency walking very slow while I have a heavy box which he doesnt offer to help. He was laughing at me while I was bringing the heavy box in . I guess this UPS Store doesnt really need the business

TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!!! The older lady who "helped" me, if thats what you even wanna call it, was a major b**** to say the least; she was rude, aggressive, snarky, sarcastic, and downright mean. This was first experience at a UPS store and it made me never want to ise this company again

Everyone who works here are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Its rare in customer service to find a group of people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help you like everyone here does. I would highly recommend them.
