Items are delayed so often. Tracking info is either plain wrong or not updated. Tracking said Out for Delivery on 2 occasions recently but package never arrived on that day. On one occasion it took a week after the status said Out for Delivery. There is always long wait times on customer care (30 - 45 minutes is usual). Even after waiting you would not get any status update apart from what you see online which is just wrong. The only hope is that they may initiate an enquiry if you say that your item is lost. I guess we should always buy the insurance if we want to send anything expensive through USPS.

Laziest, good for nothing, waste of space people on the planet. Horrible, horrible service. These people were obviously welfare recipients at one time who never learned any of the skills needed for work ethic or serving the public. The attitudes you get are amazing. They exude, an "I couldnt care less" attitude. I now drive 10 miles further to the Post Office off Olive in Chesterfield, where they are far more professional. If there was even one shred of decency in management, these people would be sent back to the welfare lines. I suspect management is leading by example.

The mail delivery is terrible here in Maryland Heights Everytime I open the mail box I wonder what I will find....always someone elses mail WHERE IS MINE AND IN WHOSE HANDS Seems they have people that cannot read a number on a mail box I know people make mistakes but they is getting worse and worse this has to be looked into The way things are today it is not safe to have someone get your mail......PLEASE HELP I dont know how to or who to complain to everytime I call I get somewhere else and not the Maryland Heights Post Office on Dorsett rd

thisplace is a joke. i get mail all the time that isnt mine. also, apparently when you call them at 8 am and tell them youre expecting a package from fedex to be dropped off there soon can you hold instead of put it on at truck because its time sensitive they say ok, then put it on a truck anyways. was told to expect the truck by noon, this was at 10am they said that. it is now 2:30pm and no package. in short, SCREW MARYLAND HTS USPS, GO TO BRIDGETON WHERE THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY GIVE A CRAP

I have no issues with the people in the post office its self. But I have had a postal worker toss a box down into my patio and broke what was inside. I have not received notices that I have a package at the post office if I wasnt home. I always get mail for people that dont live here anymore and I have been here for over a year and a half. I have seen them talking on the phone while delivering mail and Wearing street clothes instead of a uniform. So not super inpressed.

I agree with the majority of the reviews posted here. The extremely poor customer service and the errors in mail delivery are simply ridiculous. My amazon packaged was scheduled for delivery by 8pm on Friday, however, the postal carrier did not deliver it stating "unable to access front door due to security gate"...WHAT GATE, there is NO GATE and has never been a GATE that would prevent access to my front door. A lie, plain and simple, liar.

Horrible postal delivery. I always get my neighbors mails, not sure how many our mails are being delivered to others. Its getting worse, my shipment packages are going missing. I have three packages went missing and USPS keeps claiming they delivered. And all the missing one are from USPS. I get a LOT of shipments from amazon from UPS, NEVER lost or missed a thing.

Maryland Heights post office does an excellent job! We rarely receive the wrong mail and we rarely have our mail sent to a neighbor. We use the mail hold service quite a bit, never an issue. We order things on line, never had a problem with delivery. Thank you to all of the fine folks who take care of our mail each and every day.

They cant seem to get anything were it needs to go! I dont get bills that I need, my companies sales tax was not delivered, ive gotten other people W2s!!!! These are all really major things that are messed up!!!!!

Amazon is saying delivery attempted at 4:55pm. Nonsense. Im here, heard your driver go down the street. Never stopped at my house or knocked on my door. Send him/her back now! I need those packages!

Always very helpful! Its a busy location and most people are not prepped for mailing stuff!( but that is not the post offices fault). I ship stuff internationally and never have an issue!
