I cant even explain how upset and angry I am. I throughly explained to my hair dresser that I had been growing my hair out for years and years and years and I wanted to trim my ends. She told me 2 inches max and then chopped off all my hair! I had to stand up for her to cut it! I promise you I hair to my belly button and now its shoulder length! I cried for days. I then had to spend $150 at a salon to get a professional cut that was EVEN and add some layers and trim my bangs which were forgotten about. I didnt notice what had happened at great clips until I got home because I felt rushed and had to pay so they could close. She royally botched my long beautiful hair and it cost me an arm and leg to correct it. I just wanted a regular trim! I dont understand why this happen?!! I was nervous for even just the two inches and she took 10! She had no idea what she was doing. She was so sweet too but Im sorry I have never been so mad and sad about a hair cut. It will take me years to grow it back. I cant believe it!

As a former hairdresser its been really hard for me to find a good hairstylist since I left the industry but I have found my new spot. Ebony took care of me and gave me a great haircut! I like going to a place like this because its fast and I can check in online and go during my lunch hour.

I know its Great Clips, and it has a stigma attached of being a cheap haircut, but I had the best haircut in recent memory! The Employee listened to what I wanted advised me what she thought (after I asked, which I appreciated) and ended up with an awesome cut super impressed.

This by far is the best Great Clips around. I have tried several in the area and this one is in a league of its own! All the employees do excellent work. In a year an a half of receiving their service I have been pleased every time.

Love this place! I am nervous and picky about who touches my hair and Kimberly did my hair, a shampoo and cut. She listened to what I wanted and gave appropriate suggestions for me and what I wanted to get out of my visit.

I checked in online, and got a very good hair cut without any waiting. They are very friendly and also suggested me the offer and bcoz of that I just paid half of the price. Very helpful with a great service.
