When I first walked in, I asked for a shampoo and cut, the girl that works there with long curly hair (forgot her name) didnt look at the computer to see if I wanted a shampoo... So she just came in and asked me what I wanted...something simple... I just wanted my hair straightened out from an asymmetrical haircut. Easy peasy. Meanwhile she was coming my hair out, she was being rude about what I had in my hair (hairspray; I would have told her I wanted a shampoo at that point but I thought she was combing my hair out before the shampoo so it wasnt so tangled afterward) and she just proceeded to cut my hair straight across, which is fine and after that, she sent me on my way. So, now I have really layered hair on one side and thick bulky hair on the other... I constantly have to keep my hair up because Im so embarrassed.

Devastated with my haircut. Dont get a haircut from the stylist, Angie. Will not be going back! She didnt listen to anything I asked for, instead just started going at it, then rushed me out. Very disappointed.
