DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I hired these cleaners for a move out clean of a rental property. Two women showed up and cleaned for supposedly four hours. After returning to the home I found that the glass cook top was not cleaned nor was the refrigerator. I called and explained my findings and was told that they would send another crew out to fix those issues. When the second crew arrived the cleaner told me that they dont clean glass cook tops and dont have the product to do so. If I wanted it to be cleaned I would need to provide the cleaner. (Never was this explained when booking the appointment.) She then examined the fridge and then began bad mouthing the previous cleaning crew and talking down to me as to how things should be cleaned. I was looking to have a home cleaned, not participate in a drama session. So after two cleaning crews, I was forced to finish the job they didnt do. While cleaning the cook top myself, I also discovered that the microwave had never been touched and had to clean it too. I should have saved the money and done it all myself to begin with.

Cleaning has always been adequate, however scheduling has been a nightmare. They give you a "window" of time the day before the cleaners are supposed to come out and most of the time its NOT what I asked for when making the appointment. I have 2 properties that need cleaned and specifically requested a morning appt for one and an afternon appt for the other. They call today and tell me they will be at both properties between12:30 and 2:30...??? How can I be at both places at once?? When I posed this very question there was no apology for the miscommunication on their end or anything. Very irritating and I will not be using them anymore.

horrible cleaners!!! i have used scrubby dutch for a few weeks. barely noticed any dusting was done. tv and shelving around the tv is still dusty. wasnt even touched!! the one lady who cleaned my house was named Dawn. she looks like a homeless black lady. also caught her going through my pill cabinet!!! how hoosier and unprofessional!!! will never use this company again!!! and i suggest you dont use them either!!! take your money elsewhere. they may be cheap but you get what you pay for. which is nothing!

Horrible experience! Do not waste your money. Hired to do a deep clean on an empty house and Im not quite sure what these girls did for the 4 hours they were there. Then owner sent out 2 more girls the next day and they were just as bad. I have 18 pictures of dirt, dust, grime, and food left behind by 4 people. Unacceptable!! When I refused to pay for a service I did not receive they had the nerve to send me to collection. Good luck! Youll never see a penny....

We have used Scrubby Dutch for our 2 bed, 2 bath home in the St. Louis area several times now. Its perfect for when you have visitors coming. Scrubby Dutch is flexible with your schedule, and also much more reasonable than some other big name cleaning services. We love that they are locally owned and operated, and they always do great work. I feel very comfortable with them in my home, even when I cant be there. I would highly recommend their service.

I first heard about Scrubby Dutch Cleaning Services through casual conversation. Not knowing what cleaning service to call I gave them a shot... Upon their arrival, I knew I was in for a pleasant and unique experience. They were professional and respectful of my home while totally focused on the task at hand! I had Scrubby Dutch come in and do a deep clean and absolutely loved the work. They were very professional and thorough. I was so happy with it I plan on using them on a regular basis now. Nice to be able to depend on them to do the things I do not have time for but enjoy having a clean, tidy place to come home to!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

I have used other cleaning companies, but Scrubby Dutch is the best. I asked strangers who they used and this company was the one I heard of the most, and I can see why, they were so thorough with everything. I will stick with them forever.

All these reviews here sure were paid for. This service is terrible. They basically dont clean at all. $120 for an hour and 20 minutes and I still have to clean my house make it decent. Stay away from this people.
