If you dont have time or the physical ability to clean your own home, the Cleaning Authority is the very next best thing. Our cleaning staff is consistently friendly, conscientious and honest. In almost four years, I believe we have had one breakage (small) which was immediately brought to our attention with an offer to reimburse us for it. Julie is amazing at customer service--responds promptly and effectively. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I really enjoy that the cleaning products used are environmentally friendly! For the most part I like the job that The Cleaning Authority does, but I have had some off days where not everything that was supposed to be cleaned was cleaned. But if you call to let them know they will fix it.

Would NEVER do business with. Very unprofessional and rude. Scheduling is a mess and the cleaning is not worth the money. Owners are very argumentative and better get everything in writing that is promised. Wish I could give them no stars.
