I have been using The Cleaning Authority for about 2 months now (every other Monday), and will say I am very satisfied with the job that is done. Especially when Regina and Lisa clean my home. They both actually clean my house instead of just going through the motions. I had a small incident when my normal cleaning day was changed due to the holiday and was very pleased the way Heather and Kathy handled the situation. If you are looking for a great company that stands behind their work; I recommend The Cleaning Authority of St Charles!!!

While overall their clean was ok, not great but ok we did not appreciate them cancelling on us last minute. When we were cancelled on, we were told the next possible was a week away. No real personal email responses, just canned responses to our complaints. Like I said, clean was already just ok, we were fine with it but not overly pleased. They seemed to get the job done, but never went above and beyond. The 1 star is for the cancelling on us an hour before they were supposed to come.

I have used the Cleaning Authority in both St. Louis City, St. Louis County and in the past 4 years, I have been with the St. Charles County franchise and can attest that they are the cream of the crop!. I cant say enough wonderful things about the whole team. My cleaning team is so friendly, thorough and trust worthy. If I have to change a cleaning, the office staff always seem to be able to accommodate me. They just have a real can do attitude all around.

I have tried other cleaning services and the Cleaning Authority is by far the best!! What I like most is the teams attention to detail. Being a full-time working wife and mother of 2 small children, my time is VERY limited. Cleaning is one less thing I have to worry about now with the Cleaning Authority. Every time I come home after the team cleans our house, it feels like walking into a brand new home!!
