Recently this company and their cohorts ......Mitzy and And Amanda illegally witheld wages from an ex employee . Multiple attempts to pick up these wages were made without success for three months until finally the employee sought the help of the Davenport Police Department. The wages were finally recieved . Upon further investigation by myself through contact of several other no longer current employees it has been determined that this type of behavior occurs often . On multiple occasions I myself witnessed employess using marijauna in the parking lot of the Professional Touch Cleaning service building and based on information obtained the persons involved in the illegal DRUG USE were at the time employees of Professional Touch Cleaning Services . Based on the information recieved These employees were at the time arriving to clock in to begin their shift and were regularly witnessed to engage In ILLEGAL DRUG USE before then being given sensitive information and access to multiple businesses in the QC AREA . One phone call was placed by myself to Professional Touch Cleaning Services requesting the contact information of the owner . I was spoken to quite disrespectfully with a witness to my end of the conversation and the information requested was refused . The party who answered the Call is Identified as Mitzy . Mitzy then proceeded to tell me I was harassing them and they were going to call the police . I proceeded to the Davenport Police Department. An officer accompanied myself and the ex employee to Professional Touch Cleaning services for the second attempt to pick the money owed and found the doors to be locked during open business hours . It is believed and apparent this was done to ILLEGALY WITHHOLD WAGES FROM THE RECENT EMPLOYEE DUE TO REFUSAL TO SIGN A LIBELOUS EXIT REPORT . Under Iowa employment law wages CANNOT be withheld for refusal to sign these types of things .On the final attempt AGAIN accompanied by an OFFICER months after , myself and the ex employee arrived at Professional touch cleaning services the ILLEGALY WITHHELD wages were finally released and the false exit report was signed " refused to sign ". Shortly after a BAN was issued to myself . This BAN is a clear violation of the Iowa State Constitution regarding Literty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. This company , while they may perform services to an acceptable standard , the Leadership and Professionalism displayed was SUBSTANDARD AT BEST . One could argue if they are willing to decieve their own employees and falsify documents , who can say with any certainty they do not also do the same to their clients . An unemployment claim has been filed . A defamation of character and violation of constitutional right LAWSUIT is currently being prepared and will be filed soon . OSHA has also been contacted. All information regarding ILLEGAL DRUG USE will be forwarded to the SCOTT County Attorney and the DAVENPORT Police Department . This review will also be posted on facebook.

This is one great company. My commercial/medical cleaning is so much better than the company I had before. The management inspections are very professional. When we call them, they are very polite and helpful. They sure do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great cleaning. They do such a great job at my office, I have started useing them at our home. Highly recommend them.

The ladies they send out to clean my two apartment buildings are very GOOD! They do a wonderful job and work hard to do it right! Their supervisor comes often to check with managment and look through the building to make sure the workers are staying on task and continuing to do a good job. That says alot!!!
