Think Twice Before Using Molly Maids. Worst Customer Service I have ever experience! On 5/12/15 Molly Maids came to our house to quote cleaning our house. They did a thorough evaluation of our home when it was at its dirtiest. We have two big golden retrievers and so we wanted to make sure we got a fair and honest assessment. I wanted Molly Maids to truly know what they were getting into so there were no surprises- bottom line is- our dogs shed. We scheduled the first thorough cleaning for June 3rd and quoted a price of $79 per hour for 5 to six hours. Molly maids arrived two hours late on the date at 2pm for the cleaning and then after several hours of cleaning the owner called and said that our house was much dirtier than when they assessed our house and that they would need more money and additional hours. Our house was in better shape then when the assessment was done, and if there was problem why would they not call us immediately about the problems? They waited several hours and said "Oh by the way we are going to have to charge you more." We paid the fee and had them finish the job since we had no choice- we were hosting a big party the next evening. They did a good job cleaning the house but the owner was unprofessional, accusatory, and defensive. The customer service here was the worst i have ever seen. Clearly this company gets a lot of business and did not need an extra house, but they misquoted us, showed up late, did not leave our house until close to 9pm that night, never showed up for the second cleaning without notice, and ended up charging us more than the agreed upon amount. I am a dissatisfied customer but were willing to give them a second chance thinking that maybe it was just a bad day for them. When they did not arrive at the scheduled time this morning- I was informed that they were not going to come back to our house- that it was not worth it for them since we were dissatisfied with them. They did not give us notice- and my wife was sitting at home waiting for them to arrive. This was a terrible waste of our time and to be accused of trying to mislead them about the status of our house was ridiculous. We cannot hide the fact that we have big dogs and we never tried. I would advice everyone to think twice before using this company. Dont be charmed by Pedro the nice man who does the assessment- the owner will disappoint you.

Came home after first cleaning by Molly Maids to find my brand new stainless steel oven was scratched in multiple places. The cleaning person used the wrong equipment to clean. I also found a broken light fixture. No note at all - I found the problems myself and called Molly Maids immediately to notify them of the broken items. Molly Maids sent a supervisor to review broken items the next day. He tried to buff out the scratches but that didnt work. They paid for the scratched stove top to be replaced. After searching, they couldnt find a replacement for the broken light fixture. I asked them to instead take money off my next cleaning, a request they never responded to. Second cleaning went ok. A week after the third cleaning, I found that a very special glass decoration had been broken in a location that would only be touched by cleaners dusting. I understand that accidents happen, but this over a span of three months. They need better train their employees. For one, leave a note when you break something. Overall, cleaning was ok but not fantastic. They left cobwebs in the pot rack because they said they dont clean pot racks (despite it being a "deep clean") and a side table in a room was never wiped down. I would not recommend them unless youre willing to put up with your possessions being broken. They did have good customer service related to the stove.

Well so far I had a cleaning scheduled for today the 16th, due to a work conflict they were able to help me reschedule for a later time. I was told between 10 and 1015, so now it is almost 1050 with no one here yet. I called about 30 minutes ago and was told they were slowed by the rain, which is fine but it still shouldnt take this long for someone to show up....Will update again once they arrive and finish the cleaning.. Still waiting. UPDATE: So they finally arrived at 11. Only 45 minutes later. I finally received a call from the office around 1050, to tell me the drivers had gotten a little lost, which the apartment is slightly hard to find. I still think they should have called me sooner but whats done is done. Will update again once the job is done to let everyone know how great or how not great it was. Lets hope for great. FINAL UPDATE: Molly maid did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. So after the initial headaches it was still worth it. All in all it was alright.

My Molly Maid team has been cleaning my house every two weeks for nearly 10 years. Theyre reliable, cheerful, and always leave my house spotless and smelling so nice! Ive had the same team--Maria and Olga--for most of those years...they know me and my house, unlike some services who have such rapid turnover in employees that you never know who will show up. And Molly Maid does their best to work with special circumstances...While I was in the midst of renovating, the management bent over backwards to reschedule visits to come when the ladies could actually get their work done instead of rigidly sticking to a schedule that would have put them there in the midst of chaos, which was a huge help! I cant say enough good things about them!

The 2 ladies from Molly Maids (Mireya and Guadalupe) did their usual outstanding job today. They always do a terrific job. I think their motto is "Perfection is our standard" and they always meet that standard. I am always very satisfied with their work. They have been our "Cleaning Team" for about 5 years now and we always look forward to their arrival because we know when they leave our house will be sparkling clean. They have always maintained a very professional demeanor. They are cheerful and always do a top notch job. Thank you ladies for all your hard work!

Cleaning my home for approx a year now; I could not be happier with the outcome. On a set every 2 week schedule and it has run very smoothly. It has freed my weekends up previously spent cleaning house. The two-woman team that takes care of my home are hard workers, work non-stop once they get here, and do such a great job! I am always notified of their upcoming visit, theyve been helpful whenever Ive had to reschedule. Would recommend the team that cleans my home to anybody! Thank you Molly Maids!

Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock has been cleaning my house once a month for over a year now, and cleaning day is my favorite day of the month! They do such a great job. Every room is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. I also love that theyre insured and bonded, and that they take the time to come out and look at your house to tailor your house cleaning to your individual preferences.
