In July 2013 I was quoted $3,750 to clean/restore my basement after a small house fire. I agreed and hired them. Two weeks after they took my belongings I called to check the progress. They told me they hadnt started cleaning because the project manager forgot to have me sign an authorization paper. I demanded my household items back dirty or clean. They refused until I paid the $3,750. I paid them in full and my items were returned. 5 months later I received a bill for $2,350. I wrote the billing dept and let them know I already paid in full. In March 2014 I received a past due billing notice for $2,350. I called the billing dept and they told me I owe the money for additional cleaning. I only authorized $3,750 and if I had known they were going to charge an additional 2K to smear soot on the walls I would not have hired them. They are now threatening to charge me an additional 8% and $200/hr in legal fees for labor I never authorized.

I am writing on behalf of my 84 year old mother who is trying to sell her house and her sump pump burned out and her lower level flooded. Service Masters Eagan came out and tore up the flooring and part of the sheet rock and left it as is. They did not repair the sheet rock or replace the flooring as they were hired to do. Their first excuse was a death in the family, their 2nd excuse was that all their computers were down. It has been a month and they wont even return my mothers, or her Realitors calls. I find it abhorrent that they are not finishing the job they were hired to do, and ignoring an elderly customer. I hope no other elderly customers are being treated this way by this careless operation.

Quick, thorough, friendly, and the carpet looks great afterwards. Their carpet cleaning is better than other companies. Everything is always thoroughly cleaned.

The man who came out was efficient, thorough, and did not try to hide anything. The carpets looked new when he left, and everything dried up very quickly.
