Purchased a Groupon for 4 Hours. Two individuals arrived an hour later than originally scheduled with 2 hours per person. The results were not on par with expectations and we would NOT recommend. 1. Furniture was moved by cleaning crew and not replaced in original location. 2. A candle (glass) was knocked off the wall, broken, and never replaced. 3. A blind was broken by the crew without notification. 4. Areas requested to be cleaned were not (window sills, kitchen sink) 5. It was evident lots of tops were not wiped down or cleaned. No show. Booked them through Amazon, set a time, let my building know so that they would be let in and then they didnt show up. Contacted them and they tried to claim they called multiple times even though I had received no calls. Then actually charged Amazon as if the service had been completed so that my credit card got billed. Luckily, Amazon customer service scheduled me with another company, but just a dismal experience all around. Avoid this company at all costs! (which was $80 in my case)

I booked a cleaning through Amazon Home Services and I got the notification that Brilliantly Bright would be the provider. They did not show up during the confirmed time window. I called and left a message asking someone to call me back. I even sent them a Facebook PM and no one got back to me. I called Amazon Home Services, they tried calling them with no luck so they apologized and rescheduled the cleaning with another company. Very disappointed.

Terrible. Do not use. The day theyre scheduled to come they send an email not even the courtesy of a phone call to say they are not coming. I have a very important house party and had hired them for 6-7 hours of cleaning, this puts me in a very difficult position with 40 people coming in 1 1/2 days, how unprofessional and unbelievable. Completely unacceptable please do not let businesses like this exist!

Cleaner stole from us, we had to sue the company and they refuse to pay the judgement owed to us. The owner stated they didnt have the money. If they had insurance or were a strong enough company they would have the money. Dont use them! **Update*** I just confirmed with two more vicitims of theft by this companies cleaners.

I purchased a Groupon for a 4-hour cleaning and have called many times and emailed to try to set it up - no one has responded to my messages, and its been more than a week and a half. Beware!

I purchased a living social deal several weeks ago and have called at least 3-4 times per week to schedule a cleaning. No one ever answers the phone or returns my messages.
