I just want to help people in the MPLS area avoid what I experienced... I hired Merry Maids out of Hopkins to clean my Grandmothers home, be sure to AVOID this franchise AT ALL COSTS!! The cleaning crew was late, they took multiple phone calls during the work time, & worked over the allotted time. I had capped the job at 2 1/2 hours, so when that time was done I mentioned it to the crew, they told me I would only be charged for 2 1/2 hrs but the wanted to finish and continued an extra 1/2 hour. My credit card was charged for the total amount and when I called to dispute the charges, Stephanie who either owns the franchise or is the manager, was extremely rude. This was one of the worst cleaning experiences I have had and definitely wont use this franchise or ANY MERRY MAIDS FRANCHISE in the future!! So beware when calling the Hopkins Merry Maids and Stephanie!! This was my FIRST AND LAST experience with a cleaning service ESPECIALLY Merry Maids!!

Ive been wanting to hire a maid service for awhile. I tried another service but wasnt too impressed. Then I decided to try Merry Maids. Oh my word I wish I had found them a long time ago! The staff is always friendly over the phone and the maids are very hard working. They even vacuum my couch and pay special attention to my wood floors which require a special cleaner. Im so impressed with Merry Maids, especially Norma and Lillian. Mondays are now my favorite day of the week because I come home to a clean home that smells fresh. Its the little things. :)

Our home has no chemical smells when we return after it has been cleaned. Your service is excellent and the system of more intense cleaning of two rooms on a rotating schedule keeps our home extra clean continuously! The team is organized , detail oriented and friendly. They are truly - - - Merry Maids. :)
