Very hard to contact. It took weeks to schedule a one-time cleaning, as it could take a week or more to receive a call-back. I asked for a specific task list within a given time limit, so I was surprised to find that they chose to clean things beyond the list and use the whole time instead of keeping to the list and keeping the cost down. I wished they had called before adding tasks. Also, we lost several loose bathroom floor tiles, which are original to the house, and never received a call back regarding these tiles. The house was clean and I was satisfied with the work they did on my list.

My cleaning team are second to none. Before they leave my home, they always give me the opportunity to review their work. I found an issue one time and pointed it out to them. They were very apologetic and were eager to make it right. I have had experiences with other companies where I was made to feel bad about pointing out issues or the cleaners had an attitude afterward. NOT THIS TEAM! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Maid Wrong. Awful customer service. The owner made many comments about other clients being of higher importance. The interactions with the owner proved that customer service was not important to her and that my value was only present if another client didnt trump it. There is no other industry in which this works and I refuse to be treated this way by a supposedly reputable business.

They did an excellent job. It was the best feeling to come home from work and everything was done! Very affordable too. It will save me so much time that I can now spend with my kids:) As a single mom that is a priceless feeling.
