Less than impressed with the service weve received from The Cleaning Authority. Clients beware that there is no basis to the pricing that is given to you, it is made up on the fly and they will not stand by the services contract that is written to you and signed. Should their manager screw up on their walk through of your home you are at fault and subject to exorbitant price increases if you put your account any sort of hold or hiatus short or long. Cost at the end of the day is more important to this company than long term valued clients. When you ask about the price increase and what the cost increase factor is you will not receive any sort of answer. Please not that no one ever gave us a "range" of pricing, I have it all documented in the emails I exchanged back and forth with this company, I never called and spoke to anyone. Below is the email exchange for your reference to see that there is no explanation to the pricing increase of 27.7%: 3/11/16 TCA - Can you verify you are looking at the right account?. The numbers you are calling out are not listed anywhere in the agreement I signed or in the emails I exchanged with you directly. I also do not understand that its based on room count, my room count has not changed since I signed with exception of adding a second floor bathroom to our rotation on 5/14/15 and its been in rotation ever since our initial B clean. *The initial A & B Cleans were initially $123.19 and then bumped to $128.55 on 4/30/2015 from the original quote. The biweekly rates originally quoted were $85.70 and then bumped to$91.06. *After my first initial A Clean I requested to add the second floor bathroom, that brought the initial B clean to $138.19. *I asked to keep the second floor bathroom on our rotation on 6/8/2015 and was given the new weekly rotation price of $100.70 My email back and forth with you is attached for your reference as well as the agreement I signed. Please validate what the price increase is driving from and why it is so substantial when nothing has changed to our account. If you cannot validate Id like to speak with the owners, Jim or Kathy. 3/14/16 Hi- Yes I can see your prices before but they should have been between $110-$127. That is what I mean by the pricing was off. When you called to schedule a walk through at your home they told you the cost would be between 110-127. Our prices have changed and this is what we charge now. As I explain before our pricing scale has changed.

Used TCA for over a year. Started out satisfied with the cleaning services but didnt take long to go down hill. Several times only half the house was dusted and a few times the kitchen floor was not completely mopped. Items were broken on four occasions and when the office was contacted, Emma didnt seem concerned. The last time here, another item broken with a note left on the table saying "sorry" and again not a very thorough cleaning with many areas missed. I called the office to express my disappointment with TCA services and broken items. The reply from Emma was "Oh we should check to see why so many broken items". No customer service at all. I told Emma I was done with TCA and she did not offer to correct the problem or seem concerned that a customer was lost.

Weve tried many cleaners in the past and always felt that after a few cleans, they started to skip things here and there. The Cleaning Authority has a great system that assures us an immaculate clean each and every time. I love the rotating system too where every time they deep clean a certain area of your home in addition to the regular cleaning of your whole house.

The Cleaning Authority did a great job cleaning our house. The two cleaners who came were courteous and efficient. Our house has not been this clean since we moved in 6 years ago and I love it. Not having to worry about the cleaning gives me more time to relax and a lot less stress to deal with.

The Cleaning Authority does an incredibly thorough professional cleaning job. I have a lot of allergies, and all of their products are natural and have no scent, so I dont react to the chemicals like I did from other companies. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ive used the TCA since 2002. They do a great job and can be flexible if I need to change a date for a holiday or if Im going to be out of town. I wouldnt stay with them if they werent thorough and reliable. And I love coming into a freshly cleaned house.

Very unprofessional, Jim the owner is very rude, the team will sometimes break things and not concentrate on doing a detailed job...just more worried about speed...very sloppy, wouldnt recommend them to anyone
