I always looked forward to coming home the day they had cleaned. Theyre professional & detailed. They always let me know what areas were getting special attention that time, what was next. They do little extras like folding the toilet paper like a hotel does, the kleenex was made to look like a flower, beds made, theyd often organize little things in the kitchen and/or bathroom (towels, small appliances, rugs/bathmats) that were better than they way I had them (if I didnt like that, they were small things that were easy to change). I never had an issue w/them & they didnt charge me when I had to cancel same day because I was sick. I expected to be charged, as thats their policy thats laid out up font. I wouldnt have complained (considered it before calling, but couldnt get out of bed, so was just going to eat it), but was pleasantly surprised they didnt. I would highly recommend the Cleaning Authority for your home cleaning needs.

Just canceled service with these guys. We have been very displeased and today was a breaking point. Not uncommon for them to arrive way past their scheduled window and we have never gotten a courtesy phone call. They have cleaned our house well in the past, however, VERY inconsistent. Today no one showed up and we waited 4 hours past the scheduled time. The owner just called and informed us that no on will be coming today and they wont be able to fit us in until our following scheduled time. This business has a very high employee turnover rate, I assume that they pay their employees poorly. Over all bad experience, they have lost a long term customer. ** Wouldve quit them long ago but its a pain in the butt to figure out another service. Peace.

The Cleaning Authority handled our move-out and move-in cleans, easing our stress and saving us SO much time. Leaving our first home spotless for the new owners felt great, and it was priceless to be greeted by freshly cleaned appliances, cabinets and perfect carpet patterns in our new home. They now clean for us twice a month, and those are VERY happy days :). The rotation they follow gives the whole house a thorough clean in addition to a deep clean (appliances, baseboards, etc.) that goes above and beyond what Id ever get around to. I also appreciate the use of green products thatre safe for my family and environmentally friendly. Would recommend The Cleaning Authority in a heartbeat. Theyre lifesavers!
