Ive had several cleanings with Molly Maids over the past year. After one of the visits I noticed damage to my furniture (scratches/cracking) at vacuum height and also found a broken figurine. I notified the company and they initially denied the damage. After several conversations they stated they would replace the item and asked how Id like to proceed with the damaged furniture. I sent them photos of the damaged items and have yet to hear back or be compensated for the damaged items. Very disappointed with their customer relations and wont be using them again.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Called the day of the cleaning to report damage to my property that was blatantly done by the cleaning crew. Said to give them a couple of days to sort it out. After a few phone calls with no response back and a month later, they have yet to fix the problem. Rather than deal with their disrespectful way of handling a customer, I have decided to go elsewhere! I suggest you do the same!!!

Outstanding. My house smells fresh and very, very clean when theyre done. Thats right. My house actually SMELLS clean when theyre finished. Additionally, the put a decorative fold on the end of the toilet paper roll and the towel on the towel bar. Its the little things that end up making a big impression. I could not be more satisfied.

Molly Maid of Chanhassen was the only cleaning service that would help a family member coming home from hospital to a neat but dirty home 2 days before Labor Day weekend. In less than 24 hours the house was CLEAN and smelled fresh, not like cleaning chemicals. The cleaning crew were polite, charming and efficient.
