It probably wont be a phone call you WANT to make, because something bad has probably happened to your house. But in the worst circumstances, the best thing to have is a competent, kind, understanding professional to handle the job. This is exactly what I got when I called Vanderberg Clean on a weekend afternoon, and Jerret Thompson showed up within a couple hours to assess the damage a leak had done to my basement floor. While I was unwilling to accept that the WHOLE floor had been ruined, he patiently took care of what was obviously (to my untrained eyes) damaged while I came around to the realization that it all had to go. I never felt pressured or badgered. It was like I called someone I knew - a family friend - to come help. He was in and out of my house several times over a couple of weeks. I felt safe allowing him access to my home when I was gone and trusted that everything was being taken care of. And it was - quickly, professionally, thoroughly. While I hope that I never need their services again, I wont hesitate to call them if I do. I highly recommend!

The Vanderberg Clean team is the best in Mankato! The Person that did our carpet was the most respectful and couteous that you could ask for. He did an amazing job and also got out a grease stain that had been in our front entry way for years. He took the time to go over the area 4 times and got the stain out and I would say that this is above and beyond what you would expect a carpet cleaning service to do. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job to get done right and at the right price.

Talk about a great company! In a World where Customer Service is often forgotten, Josh and his awesome crew reminded me it is still alive! They arrived at my store late on a Sunday and proceeded to clean our carpets and even polish our bathroom floors. They did a fantastic job. I honestly havent seen or smelled the store look this fresh! Thank you Vanderberg Clean for taking such good care of us, we will for sure be referring you to ALL our family and friends.

I was quoted $76 for carpet cleaning and then charged $115. Apparently the $76 was meant to be $176 but was told to me wrong. I would have went with another company had i known the real price. My apt had only 600-700 square ft of carpet and there was no furnishings. I called the company, explained what happened and was just told sorry.

We used their residential cleaning services. Another company bailed on me and Vanderberg came to the rescue by squeezing in an appointment for me the next morning. They did an incredible job and their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend!

You were on time and the workers were cooperative and willing to listen to my concerns. When they left, my basement was clean and dry - ready for the dehumidifier. Also, we got helpful advice (buy a dehumidifier) and keep the fans going.
