No stars. The worst house cleaning Ive ever experienced. These are not trained house cleaners. It appears that if you have a pulse, youll be able to work for Molly Maids. Ive invested almost $400 and the house is still filthy. They have not touched the mini blinds. There are still marks on the windows from the previous occupants of this home. They have never cleaned the spare bathroom, the toilet water has turned black in the 3 weeks that theyve been cleaning. Top of the microwave has grease, the appliances were not wiped down. Stove top still dirty. Wrappers left on kitchen floor, dust bunnies under furniture, black shoe polish spots on kitchen floor never removed, carpet not vacuumed, cob webs in corners of bathroom and under fireplace mantel. Mantel screen has never been cleaned....finger prints and thick dust. First visit, one of the girls gauged the hard wood floors when moving the sofa. Water marks left on floors and floors cleaned only partially, could still see paw prints from before they came. Patio doors have never been clean. The doggie nose prints are still there. It is the worst Ive ever experienced and Ive had many house keepers. When I called to complain, they offered to send out a new team of girls, but they did not offer any compensation or offer to send out a sales rep or manager to reveiw their work. It doesnt seem like they care. Ive notified their corporate offices, so lets see if they care.

The best cleaning service weve ever used! Greatly satisfied with Molly Maid, The girls are friendly and efficient and work hard at keeping our home ready for unexpected guests! The office staff is professional and easy to work with. They work hard to accommodate any scheduling conflicts we may have. We highly recommend Molly Maid of Des Moines.
