I would not get my house cleaned again by this company even if it was for free. I was told I would get $30 dollars off my first cleaning by the owner Tammy in Ankeny, Ia and yet they deducted the full amount out of my bank account. I have tried to contact the owner 4 times. I paid $225 dollars for one floor of my town home to get cleaned (3 hours with two girls), and yet my kitchen countertops were crumby, my plants were dusty, sinks were not scoured and overall a fair job was done. This was $75 dollars an hour for a "deep clean". I would hate to see what their maintenance sessions resulted with. This particular Molly Maids is under poor management. I wish this would have been a successful encounter with the company as I would have been a lifetime member! Truly disappointed in the owner as she lied to my face and will not fix the problem. I would suggest finding a different company or not using the ANKENY franchise!

Not the best experience Ive had. The clean couldve been a whole lot better and I dont like the fact that they use the same sponge they used on another house. I see they have one for the bathroom and then one for the kitchen. What happens if one gets mixed up? Cool, so my kitchen was just cleaned by someone elses poop!! The staff that comes in are absolutely nice...the ones who speak English are. Its frustrating trying to tell one that speaks absolutely no English to do something. Also Im sure one stole from me. But call the office and they tell me their girls are very reliable and wouldnt steal. So Im making up that my stuff was stolen? Thanks. Ill just clean the house when I can...MYSELF!!!

The cleaning was poor, they shook the rugs in the house after dusting, the window sills had not been touched. and my table tops were dull and smeared in the center where they had "cleaned" them. I called the office and invited them out to see the house after it had been "cleaned", they were to busy and unable to come. All I was offered a 20 dollar credit to my 140 dollar bill. They did not honor their guarantee of cleaning what was not done correctly. So I paid Molly Maids a 120 dollars plus tax to clean a bigger mess then when they started.

I have been with Molly Maids for several monthds now nand am VERY HAPPY with their service and producitivty!. The girls are always on time, always have a smile, and ask if there is anything new they need to be aware of. They do not talk ( only to each other or me for cleaning purposes) they start in right away, get to work and let me know when they are finished. I couldnt ask for a better cleaning service. I love the fact that my house smells so good and looks like someone has really put a special effort into cleaning my home.I know the women that clean my home because their has been continuity in the staff for many years.
