I paid for a 4 hour clean. They said if they needed more time, they would call me. They never called. The kitchen floor is still dirty about 2 inches all the way around and they did not mop under the table legs. They did not touch one bathroom at all and did not clean the shower in the other. There was not cleaning product smell at all, infact it smelled kinda musty when I walked in. I told them repeatedly that disinfecting was important as we are going to have someone going through radiation treatment staying here. The lady told her boss that she did not see any bleach left out for her. There was a brand new huge bottle on the kitchen table that she had to move to wash the table. She marked at least 25 things of thier 49 point check list that she didnt even touch. This was my first time using a maid service. I spent alot of money and then had to come home and remop my own floors, clean my out bathrooms and go back over everything with bleach. I would not ever use maidpro again. They seem like they just do not care.

We hired MidPro for a special deep-cleaning of our 6,000 sq. ft. home. It was imperative that the house be immaculate when our potential buyer viewed our property for the 5th time. This was explained to the Service when we placed the order, as well as the fact that our present schedule didnt allow us time to do the project ourselves. The three-person crew sent to us the day before the showing was obviously inexperienced, Dusting furniture, cleaning items on tabletops/counters/shelves/desks, kitchen backsplashes, floor tiles, mirrors, vanity lights, cabinets, home office equipment, baseboards, were performed in sub-standard quality or not at all. The Service logged 15 hours at $550.00+. We placed a call to the office, which resulted in a "Sorry about that." Now it becomes incumbent on us to find all the work which hasnt been completed, in order for us to perform the duty before our buyer comes. Oh, did I mention that We REALLY didnt have time to do the task ourselves!!! I think so ! Life goes on................

I have been using MaidPro for about 3 years and just dont know what I did before them. I am a mother of 2 small children with a husband (with no cleaning abilities except dishes) and I have a full time career that takes up alot of my time and wears me down. Thanks to MaidPro I can concentrate on spending my free time with my family instead of cleaning. My current service provider Sandy is just wonderful and she and the other providers that I have had have always gone above and beyond their 49 pt Check List which makes my life so much easier. When I have any entertaining to do whether it is a birthday party or just a small get together they easily adjust their schedule to accomodate mine so I dont have to worry about cleaning our house before company arrives. They have defiitely made my life better and easier for me and my family. Thank you MaidPro for everything!

The professional, courteous staff are amazing. The quality of my house cleaning was top notch. I feel secure knowing they take care of their employees, do nationwide background checks, have a coded key safe. They are also licensed, bonded, and insured for eveyones protection. They take care of their employee taxes as well, did you know that if you pay so much to a housecleaner in a year you could be responsible for taxes? Not so with MaidPro, they handle all of this internaly. It is hard to describe the feeling of coming home to a sparkling clean house! For the first time in a long time someone could just drop by unexpected and every single room of my house is sparkling clean and tidy. I would highly recommend MaidPro to anyone seeking a housecleaning service. Thanks MaidPro!

We used MaidPro for the first time to do a deep "spring cleaning" of our entire house. We could not have been happier with the results! Owen provided the best possible customer care and the cleaners, Euclides and Cheryl, did a fantastic job! It felt so good to come home to a spotless house yesterday! Whether its on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, I will definitely be using MaidPro again!

MaidPro did a great job of taking care of the details I normally neglect when cleaning. I was impressed with my clean coffee pot, spotless refrigerator, and dust-free ceiling fans. The workers were prompt, friendly, and very professional. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a regular cleaning service in the Kansas City area.

What a great company! We had a very time sensitive issue the needed cleaned. While no other service seemed to be able to make time, Sabrina at MaidPro was able get a crew out within a few hours notice. The crew showed up and they were very professional, with great attitudes, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them!!

I love haing MaidPro clean my house. I dont have to worry about a thing and it lets me enjoy my weekends. They clean much better than I ever could! I have always been happy with Maid Pros work in my home. They are fast, thorough, efficient, and appreciate feedback. I would recommend them to anyone. I also like the checklist they use to keep themselves on track and to let you know exactly what they did and didnt do.

Amber that comes out is amazing. She is very efficient..she cleans everything til it sparkles. She makes sure that she has everything gets done, but doesnt rush through her work. Maidpro is worth the money spent. They make sure everyhing is up to your standards.

Very POOR!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not go into to detail, but that they do not do a great job. There turnover for keeping people is bad, so you will get a different person each time and they do not do a thorough job of cleaning.
