The work that the maids did in my home was good. However the timing is a problem. I have 2750sqft home and the gentleman in charge was only giving the maids a hour to clean the entire home. They offer to do all these services but want the maids to be rushed getting done. It was taking them two and half hours to do the job correctly. He told me today that it is taking them too long to clean my house and he was gonna have to up the price if they couldnt do it in the time he wanted. I told him that after today I would no longer need his service. He offered to cancel todays service with no fee due to the fact that they are unable to meet my needs. I agreed to allow him to cancel the service for today. I dont agree with charging someone for services based on the time it takes them to do it. I want quality work. Note to owner...it is unresonable to expect maids to clean a 2750sqft house in 60 mins or even 90 mins with a list as long as yours. I called other cleaning services and even your competitors thought you were unresonable. Your maids that came to my home told me please let him know we are moving the best we can and that there is no way we can do this in a hour or a hour and half. He was fine for the first 3 cleanings and had no problem with the time it was taking until one of his maids got disrespectful in my home and I made it clear to her that isnt acceptable. Then after that he tells me on the day that the maids were suppose to come that he has issue with the time it was taking to clean my home. Dont offer services that your employees are unable to do in the time given. It dont matter to me hun. I already hired a new maid service and they thought your rules were unreasonable. An they are 10 dollars cheaper. However I will pay them the same rate as you because I pay for quality and people who care about the client rather than the fastest way to make a buck. After using many cleaning companies with varying results over the years, I believe I have found a keeper.. As I am picky about things there was a long list of special instructions for the team from Maid Pro.. All were followed precisely.. I am truly pleased with the excellent results of the ladies who cleaned our house.. Thank you ladies.. Looking forward to the next cleaning.. THIS IS AN EDIT TO MY REVIEW OF 6 MONTHS AGO.. Absolutely thrilled with your service.. When I have needed a schedule change, you have taken care of it right away.. The Ladies who come to clean are wonderful.. Everything I have specified is done properly.. I will continue to use your company because you do things the right way the first time..

Im 2 weeks away from having my baby boy and I wanted a maid service to come in to get it super clean for me. I hired maid pros and they just finished the clean today and did an AMAZING job! My husband and I are very pleased with the results. Baseboards, a/c closet door, windowsills, fans and furniture are spotless! My kitchen cabinets and appliances are spotless! Im a very picky person especially being 2 weeks away from birth and they did a great job. Customer service was great on the phone and the ladies were very professional as well in person! I left to get lunch and came back to a spotless home. Thanks Alayna and Eva I will most definitely ask for you guys next time!

First Timer I am a first time customer of MaidPro. I have never allowed anyone to clean my home, but after having a baby I needed the help. I appreciated the women listening to my request and their follow through. I also appreciated the great customer service and willingness to get things right with Gerrard over the phone and via email. I plan on using them again to help me maintain my home.

I have used several cleaning services and had varying degrees of satisfaction throughout the years. I used MaidPro on yesterday and they did an excellent job. The women were attentive to areas that others typically miss (i.e. Wood shutters, windows, light fixtures, etc.). They worked efficiently and were respectful of my property.
