I was quite happy the first time the Cleaning Authority cleaners came, but with every subsequent visit the quality of the service worsened. We work out of our home and were pretty disappointed at the lack of professionalism, from yelling to each other from the upstairs to the downstairs, to singing very loudly right next to our office door, to hearing them complain about the supervisors that oversee the quality of their cleanings, to petty arguments which resulted in one of the cleaners going to sit in the car crying. Only once were they on time, otherwise they either arrived early or late without calling about the time change. With each subsequent visit it seemed that more things were missed or overlooked and because it is always different people coming I had to explain repeatedly about which rooms needed just mopping, or which should have a regular clean. I did address all these issues on their comments section on their website as after each cleaning you get an email saying theyd love to hear your feedback. I was told today they "didnt even know you could leave comments" on the website. I am only posting this here because I am hoping here they will see the feedback that they didnt get last week. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience!

In my opinion, this is the most unprofessional cleaning business I have ever worked at. I noticed subpar quality from some (not all) employees. I noticed some employees do not care about their work and do not take into consideration that the customer is paying for a service. I noticed some of the employees were more worried about making their times in houses rather than doing a quality job. Also I heard with my own ears some of the employees talking bad about their customers. In my opinion, there is a poor training process. Whenever Id ask basic questions about the work or process, some employees did not know the answer. To me, this is very important because you should know everything there is to know about the company you are working for. Also, I was never able to seem to reach the owner by phone or email ever because of the call center and when I had questions to ask them, they never called or emailed. To me this is also important because you should be talking to your customers and employees to build relationships and make things better.

I have been a customer of the The Cleaning Authority for many years and have seen them through two changes of ownership. The quality did go down as some of the other reviewers indicate and I was tempted to look for another company. However, I spoke to the woman who inspects the houses about my concerns and she told me that the new owners were working on the problems and the quality of the work has improved. One of the reasons my house is being cleaned better is that I specifically requested that one woman- Sandra Kaiser- clean my house each time. She is very thorough, professional and works well with whoever is partnering with her. I gave them 4 stars since their performance has increased quite a bit over the past year and I credit Sandra with the improvement.

This was a first time for me having an outside service come in and clean my house. I am so happy that I chose The Cleaning Authority. Two ladies showed up first who were exactly on time and shortly after that, three more showed up to help. Their detail, cleanliness, and team work was amazing. I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone who needs the extra help! Thank you Christina, Sandra, Shelby, Laura, Crystal, Miquela and the Inspector Nicki!!

I just wanted to warn anyone thinking of using the Cleaning Authority for their housekeeping. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and apparently they are under new ownership. I have been trying to get in touch with a manager or owner for almost 2 weeks because they left me an unexplained non-detailed invoice for almost $800 after they cleaned my house Friday before last! I still have no answers after calling multiple times and requesting a supervisor!

Been cleaning our house for two years now, every other week. We generally get the same cleaners every single time unless one of them is on vacation or sick. This is our fourth and last service because they are the best. I dont worry and trust all the girls they send because I know their process. As a bonus they all speak English. The owners and managers are always responsive to any requests, they are awesome.

They do a wonderful job, very professional & friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys! Shirlene & Jennifer have been coming since day one and they are great! Sara had her first day here, and she was friendly and did a great job as well. I hope to never loose this crew! Love these ladies!

So very disappointed with the communication at this location. I have made several attempts to resolve simple issues and can get zero response. The cleaning jobs are subpar and tho I have addressed my concerns with the ladies the one time I was able to be there at the same time, no changes were made.
