I hired this company to clean my home prior to listing it for sale. I needed photos taken for Zillow, and didnt have time to get it spotless. They charged me $400 for the cleaning, which was fine. They were SUPPOSED to send 4 people, but only ended up sending 3. I called them on short notice, so I wasnt too upset about the 4th person not showing up. When they called me to tell me they were finished, I immediately came home expecting it to look great and have that fresh clean smell. Unfortunately, neither of my expectations were met. There were still spots on the kitchen floor from coffee that had dripped that morning. I had to actually TELL them to clean up the spots! I dont like telling people they didnt do a good job. Its uncomfortable for me to do so, but I could have cleaned the place better myself. In fact, I had to RE-Clean a lot of the house before I could have pictures taken! That is absolutely ridiculous! I didnt have time to go over the whole house with them, so I let them go. Only to discover later that nothing was dusted in the bedrooms. I dont even know what they did for those few hours. I called to complain (something I never do) and was told by a lady that she apologizes for everything and a manager will call me back in a few hours. No one ever called me! I am now searching for a maid service to clean bi-weekly. Guess who I WONT be calling??!

I had a terrible experience with this company. The first clean was only okay and when I moved my furniture I could tell they didnt clean under it. They couldnt get it done on the first day (Monday) so they scheduled to come back on Friday. On Friday they cancelled at the last minute, only to come the following Friday two weeks between. Scheduling was a nightmare, and eventually they sent people to my house without me knowing. Dont bother with this company, try someone more professional. Everyone works hard for their money so they deserve a good service.

Just hired Maid Right of Conroe today to deep clean my home, a 3500 sqft, 4bed and 3 bath and many other rooms. They came in right on time at 1:30 pm and were exactly done at 5:30 pm. They cleaned exactly where I told them to cleaned and re-touched what I felt wasnt cleaned enough. Those girls, Kyleen and Jessica worked super hard to make my home feel like a home finally, smelling really really good. Thank you again Kyleen and Jessica from Maid Right.

These people are very professional! They first examine your home to see what your cleaning needs are before giving you a quote. Their cleaning is superior, too! Ive never seen my carpets and floors so clean and fresh! If youre not happy with the job, they come back and fix it for you. Im very happy with their service.
