I called Molly Maid thinking that I was going to save a little money. I have used Maid in the Shade for over a year but they wanted almost twice what Molly Maid was going to charge. Well, save your money and get it right the first time. First of all the person I spoke with Sylvia, who likes to argue. I have never dealt with a company that provides service that argues with the client. When I made my appointment, I made it clear that I was leaving town the next day. I had to be at Hobby airport by 6:00 a.m. The people that were sent to our new home on a Tuesday, which was empty at the time, showed up late in the day. I was told that two people would be there at least 5 hours. If that was true, then they shouldve finished around 7:30 pm or 8. We did not have time to go to inspect the house. When we returned the following Monday, late in the day. We went by the house to find that the cabinets were just a filthy as when we left. They did mop and clean the tubs and the inside of the windows. When I called to complain, Sylvia made it very clear that they had a 24 hour guarantee and that they could not guarantee their work after a week. Well, I tried to tell her that no one has even been at the house since they cleaned and she would not listen, at all. The cabinets are still filthy and they could come today and could tell by the dead roaches and the dirt caked onto the cabinets, that that could not have accumlated in a week since they came out to clean. I will be contacting the Corporate Molly Maid to complain about the terrible service that I recieved from this location. I will also have to call Maid in Shade to clean what this location of Molly Maid did not. A bit of advice for the rude Sylvia, listen to your customers and their concerns, dont argue with them. Its a wonder they stay in business. I guess they steal a lot of money from one time only clients. -TPH

Horrible, awful service. I had used molly maids of west houston for 7 years and LOVED them- when we moved to Tomball I called the nearest office immediately to get weekly service. I dont know what the problem is with this particular franchise but the service, both cleaning and customer, is miserable. Left cobwebs everywhere, crumbs on the counter- didnt move small kitchen appliances to wipe behind, barely vacuumed, the list goes on and on. Tried two different teams- asked for different team, was given a different team twice (which performed only marginally better than the original one) and then the original team showed up the next week. Called and left messages for the owner which werent returned. Definitely do not recommend. However, the West Houston franchise is great!

I had to make an unexpected trip into town to see about my elderly mother, who had taken a turn for the worst. Because of her condition, she had not been able to do any house cleaning, and I arrived to find her house in really bad shape. I called Molly Maid and they were able to come for a cleaning that same day. I must say that this took a tremendous burden off of me, and I was extremely satisfied with the job they did. Thank You, Molly Maid!

I appreciate that Molly Maid is very flexible and reliable. I have been a customer since 1998 and they have never missed a clean. My cleaning team does a great job. I love the thoughtful extras they do like arranging my sons stuffed animals in a cute way. Although i cant imagine ever being dissatisfied, I do like the assurance that my satisfaction is guaranteed.

Our cleaning team is always on time and very courteous. They use extra care when cleaning special areas in my home. When I walk in after cleaning not only can I see the clean but I can smell how clean. I really like their green cleaning products. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are simply the BEST!!!!!

The cleaners showed up right on time, went right to work and finished exactly in the time allotted. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The house was very clean and smelled good! I was there in my daughters absence and she was very happy with the finished job when she got home.

Terrible service. The reviews on google are were done by the staff, not real customers. all 4 of the latest reviews were done on the same day, a bit too suspicious. I am a real customer, very unhappy with Molly Maid. Our home is in Cinco Ranch, I would never recommend them to anyone.

The Molly Maid employees on Pinemont and Sylvia, the manager, are so thorough and go the extra mile. Erica and Carmen clean and fix up my house as if it were their own. They are always courteous and friendly....and are care full not to let my dogs out. The notice what should be done.
