I called total dynamics because I needed a make ready company to help get my house ready to sell. I specifically asked two different people I spoke with if they cleaned windows inside and out and if they did caulking around windows and in the bathrooms. Both people said yes, yes, yes and one mentioned theyd clean the porch, too. When cleaning day arrived, they were almost 2 hours late (they did call to let me know they were running late) and claimed that they dont clean outside windows or do caulking. So, we sent them away because they lied to us to get our business and I assume never intended to do the work we asked for. Now we are really in a pinch because we are moving in one day and have to have the house completely finished, a huge job with 3 kids under 6. Im really disappointed that they over sold their capabilities to me and made me waste valuable days that I dont have. I have no idea what we are going to do now.

The best part of this company is its customer service. The cleaning is very good but if you need anything-anything! theyll work to help you. As a person whos always moving so fast all day, its nice to be able to text your customer service rep whos specifically assigned to you. Never had customer service like that!

So professional, they are sweet, have great customer service and very thorough. I called them in a panic needing services quick and they made it happen. Ill definitely be using them from note on. Not to mention they cleaned my house better than anyone whos ever came over to clean!!!
