I called the company Friday April 7th to see if someone would come out to clean our townhome. They could not do same day service but was able to do it the next day. Well we were not home when they arrived and they said they arrived at 12:30. They took up till 3:00 O CLOCK still upstairs and they sent TWO ladies at 80$ per hour I felt that was to long to be upstairs. I asked them if they can start downstairs since I felt the "deep cleaning" was taking to long. After that the older ladys vibe was annoyed toward me. In my boyfriends mothers words , they were riding the clock ,talking upstairs and taking pictures of our kitchen and living room as to say how dirty it was. When I asked her why she said "Oh I wanted to show the girls how this product works." They were not productive with there time, at some points one was just watching the other clean as if there wasnt anything else to do. The cleaning was NOT GOOD AT ALL! The floors were still not cleaned well even when they mopped even when I specifically asked downstairs floor to be focused on more. I LEFT BOXES OF BAGS OUT FOR THEM ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE AND THEY DIDNT TAKE OUR KITCHEN TRASH OUT OR REPLACE THE BAGS THEY TOOK OUT IN THE ROOMS. When I called the boss all she did was take there side and just say, "Oh sorry they didnt see the bags and no one was there to give them instructions." I was right there ask me! I left them in plain sight. Much more took place with the older ladies attitude toward me I have a headache over it. They literally want to take a full day to do deep cleaning with TWO PEOPLE to make there money . NOT OKAY. YOURE BETTER OFF HIRING THOSE INDEPENDENT LADIES WHO CLEAN. I have voice recordings of our conversation so you know she tries to dispute everything I say. 100% customer satisfaction ?? Yeah right.

From the moment I called, We Clean 4 You, I was soldl! Laurens customer service was impeccable. I had been shopping around for a cleaning service to clean our new home before we moved and had gotten some really poor service over the phone (I can only imagine how the actual service would have been). It was not that way with Lauren though. Then, on the scheduled day of move in, Donna and Brandy came to clean. They both were punctual, friendly, professional and did AMAZING work! We starting using weclean4you after we had all the tile in our house replaced with wood floors. Needless to say our house was a huge mess after this project. The crew who came to clean did a fantastic job of getting things back to normal from top to bottom. Every service we have had since then has been wonderful. The maids do a very thorough job each time they come and are very pleasant and friendly. We couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend weclean4you to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Our home had a house keeper who cleaned the home weekly. We sold the home so we hired this company to do a "make ready" clean. They told us the home would require 4 hours of cleaning at $40 per hour. I was already not happy with the price but needed the home cleaned so we told them to proceed and get the job done. I just received an invoice for $500 from them saying they spent 3 hours cleaning a refrigerator. Not satisfied with the job and would not recommend them to anyone.
