One star for acting on my last minute notice/need and remaining professional and treating me with respect The second star for doing an outstanding job checking in with me throughout each step of the process. (when they arrived, when they finished etc) The third star The clean itself was awesome. I am a picky person, and I am tall. they even took care to get the tall places. The fourth star The pricing. Regardless of me dropping a job on them at the last minute, with their crews being completely booked, they made room for me and did not gouge me when they knew they could take advantage of my situation. The fifth Star: Because I personally put my stamp of approval on this company and as a Realtor who engages cleaning services on a regular basis, this company has won my business over hands down. And it should win yours too. I have put them at the top of my referral list to all of my clients

Once they arrived, very good. I had to call the agency as they were running late and I did not receive a call from them. The ladies were careful, and wiped/cleaned all surface areas for dusting, but did not dust items on the shelving itself (my husband and I have a collection of items that are small in size and they were still dusty on top, but this could be their policy). They cleaned 2.5 bathrooms very good. I had to reset "things back" to how I had positioned, but for first time here, they did awesome in that department. We do not have carpet, and they asked what type of flooring we had to ensure used correct cleaning supplies after vacuuming. I would use again, but only with a "deal" price (because I have a friend who cleans houses and said regular price was too high for services rendered).

Chose Revive Cleaning based on their excellent Google star rating and the move-in, deep clean they advertised. Mistake. Obvious things were overlooked; I did not post bad reviews at first, because I wanted to give them a chance to fix things and make it right. They didnt show up on the day they were supposed to come back and fix what had been overlooked; was told theyd be out first thing this morning (3rd chance!), but no, no one came. Cant get anyone to call me back. Lightning-fast responses via email but once they got my money, not so much. Needed this house to be cleaned so that I could move in feeling safe putting stuff in drawers, but there are still crumbs on windowsills and dirty fingernail clippings in drawers, etc.

I used this service for a move out that I was too tired to do after an exhausting move, but I wanted to ensure that I would get my security deposit back as well... and if I tell you those women that came out did a hell of a job! The place looks good other than missing the lint trap in the dryer and some hair in the shower drain the place looks great! So I wanted to make sure I made a review. Only thing I would suggest is to contact after the work has been completed, as I was at work while they cleaned waiting for them to call and tell me they were done so I could go lock up, but other than that I was pleased.

The companys communications with the customer are terrible. I booked a move out and carpet cleaning for $345.31 on 6/6/16 The people I spoke only took my credit info but did not tell me it would be two crews over a six hour wait for them to finish. The cleaning crew did not dust/wipe down doors or trim. They did not clean the tile floors which you could see the dirt and grime in the kitchen and high traffic areas. I will never use this service and would never recommend them to anyone. I would give them zero stars on all points if I could. Stay away from them, they just take your money and run. Thanks Jim

I have used Revive for the past couple of years and they have done a great job each and every time. They have done a move out for me, a deep cleaning of my apartment, as well as deep cleaning and carpet cleaning of my relatives home. Everyone was so happy with their work, we are referring more people to them. They communicated very well to confirm, and update us on the ETA the day before and day of.

The three-lady cleaning crew did a meticulous job on an apartment move-out where I had been living for five years. They were able to arrange the cleaning on short notice. They arrived during the two hour window of time scheduled and worked efficiently, finishing in the two hours I was quoted. They found a tiny earring I had lost, and when they were done, the apartment looked new. Great job.

Horrible service. Came an one and half hour late and finished a 5 bedroom home in 30 minutes. They didnt mop the floors because my floors were "already clean" - which clearly werent. I had to run my hands through the floor to show them the piled up dirt. Waste of money.. the coordinator didnt even take responsibility - extremely disappointed.

Exceptional housecleaning, these ladies were able to clean my husbands bathtub like no one has ever been able to. It had shower crud and mildew and was gross. They cleaned all windows inside and the baseboards, and kitchen was spotless, This was a win for me, and I would certainly use them and recommend their services.

Scheduled a deep make ready cleaning. The day came and went with no cleaning and no call. I called and called and was sent to voicemail each time. Left messages and never recieved any return calls. My credit card was charged and I cant get a hold of anyone to refund the payment. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Really great communication and my house has never been cleaner! Theres usually about 5 ladies who show up so they are in and out quickly. Ive also had them clean my carpet and they did a great job. I recommend using Revive for any of your cleaning needs.

Broke my toilet and then tried to deny it. Ive kept asking for a recepit to be emailed and they have yet to send it. The parts they cleaned were done pretty decently, but the hassle alone made me plan on not ever using them again.
