I hired Morehands for the last six months of a 2 bedroom apt lease. When I JOKED on the initial customer survey my shampoo bottles were not in height order (because I was satisfied with everything else) - an e-mail response came back saying it was updated on my account and never happened again. Morehands did my move-out clean and the community manager asked who I used since the apt was move-in ready. I am taking the time to write this review because my experience with Morehands was that of a genuine, caring, responsive group of people; which means a great deal to me when choosing who to do business with. Thank you Morehands, and hope to be able to use you again in the future.

The cleaning service is okay, but please keep your belongings in a safe place, I will recommend to actually be in the house while they clean. becasue if they happened to take something the company will not take any responsability over the situation in fact they will want you (customer) to pay a $400 fee per person to have the cleaning crew go through a lie detector test. I was very dissapointed with this company and will not recommend it to anyone. Safe yourself a headache!

This is the 2nd visit in a row that the cleaning was unsatisfactory. Again, the mopping missed a whole section in the kitchen. The rug in the living room was not vacuumed. There were dust bunnies behind the bathroom door. TV stand and shelfs were not dusted. Tried to give them a 2nd chance but will be looking for new cleaners in January.
