Im always happy when the ladies come. They work fast yet meticulous and literally mop themselves out the door. I also like that you adjust the crew according to their arrival time. The last time they came later than usual due to workload and rainy weather. You sent a crew of three! Taking care that however late they come, they will be gone before family evening schedules begin. Thats very considerate and smart. Thank you very much, I am recommending you whenever I can.

This service is bonded, so they pay for damage claims. Also, the cleaning ladies are US citizens or they have green cards, so you do not have to worry about not conforming with US labor laws. The cleaning is excellent as long as they do not send a new employee (a learner) to your address. In that case, something will be damaged or broken. It works if you get a regular team, familiar with your residence, and insist that no one else be allowed to clean your residence.

I called this service to clean an empty townhouse. I gave specific instructions for what needed to be taken care of and was quoted a price. Had to call back after they had been there and give specific instructions again. This time was told the refrigerator and stove was extra. I agreed to pay the extra and they came back. They wiped the refrigerator down and if they touched the stove, I could not tell. $326 bill. Not happy with the service I received.

Quoted me $80 an hour and left me a bill for $175. When I called about it they came up with a slew of excuses that they did not tell me before such as "Oh you were quoted a regular cleaning but the first cleanings always more" "Oh 108 for the first cleaning is only the lower range, it could go up to 162" and all sorts of other BS. AVOID AT ALL COST. Dishonest business.

I am very pleased with the service! In particular, it made my day when the noticed that the toilet paper was low in bathroom. They replaced it for me and left the smaller roll or top so I could finish it out.. This small gesture was delight! Nice tc have someone looking out for a change! The carpets also felt very fluffy after after they vacuumed! Great job!

This crew was so sweet. I was home with my 3 year old twins and a newborn. I usually try to get out of the house so we are not in the way but it was raining and I just couldnt manage. They were so patient with me and the kids. They did an excellent job and I sincerely appreciate how kind they were to my little ones.

Only green cleaning products used and it makes me feel great about my apartment being clean and safe for my pets. Everyone I have talked to has been very friendly and responsive. The initial cleaning seemed expensive, but when I saw the results. My home was significantly cleaner than my most optimistic expectation.

Terrible customer service called for a quote. She didnt ask any questions about date or time. She didnt provide a set price or tell you what was extra and then gave a range. Every thing I asked about was extra and then they said they didnt even know when they would come between 8 and 4. Unprofessional.

Suzanne and Teresa did a fantastic job again of cleaning my home. I appreciate that you send these two women; It is very calming for me to know that I dont have to watch what they are doing all the time. Afterward, everything is clean the way i expected them to clean.

Poor cleaning service, they charged me 136$ for only kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the living area, i must say that my place was in a good condition not that dirty. I live in 2 bedroom apartment i asked them not to clean the bedrooms and still they charged too much !!

I was not expecting the usual team, so I was pleasantly surprised to see them. They did a good job and hopefully got finished by the time they wanted to get off for the day. They do a good job getting the cat hair off the furniture and carpets.
