The woman who took my call was super friendly and was very willing to explain the whole process to me. I didnt bother to call any other local company. The cleaner showed up right on time and was super friendly! He made small talk to pass the time and what was supposed to take an hour job took about 30 minutes! My carpets look fantastic and my home smells very clean! Ill be using them for more services in the near future!

Service Master was AMAZING!! They were excellent to work with and took care of us when a plumbing company flooded our kitchen and living room. They made sure we didnt receive a bill and assured us they would work with the plumbing company. Their office staff and technicians all deserve a 5 STAR rating for how well they took care of a new customer! If I need your services again, you definitely have my business!

Company called to say that a service crew was on its way. After 24 hours, they never bothered to send anyone. Phone calls asking for updates were not returned. Very unhelpful even when they acknowledged they had made a mistake!

Weve used ServiceMaster for a water issue and air duct cleaning. Both times EXCELLENT service. Courteous staff and techs. And they were available to answer all our questions even ones we missed at the time of service.
