On December 17, 2014 my house was cleaned by Sandra and Elizabeth at approximately 1130 am. I was at work and often allowed the Cleaning Authority to clean my home when I wasnt there. I work an excess of 50 hours a week and dont often get home until after 6pm. Anyway, this day I got home at 630 noticed this team wasnt nearly as effective as other teams they have (trash left in two rooms, tables not dusted, etc) but let it go b/c I was too tired to worry with it. At 830 I went to my bedroom to gather a pair of Fossil earrings I had JUST bought on 12/12/14. THEY WERE GONE. I know exactly where I had left them and I searched and literally tore up my bedroom to find them. I NEVER FOUND THEM. So...I called the number for the Cleaning Authority. I was told that at 9pm, I am not able to talk to the owner b/c it is too late and he will call me ASAP the next day. I asked what time that would be and I was told Id be called by 8am. The next day, no call at 8...no call at 830...no call at 9...I finally called them 2x (858am and 1035am) and had to leave messages. I finally got a call at 1111 am and was told that hed have to research it. I gave him the exact website and description and how much I paid for them and that I just wanted them back. He said hed look into it. Ok. Fine. I got a call back a few hours later and was told that Sandra had cleaned my bedroom and SHOCK she doesnt remember seeing the earrings and that they are SURE that I had just misplaced them and would find them soon. He told me that she had worked for him for a year and WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS and hes positive I had misplaced them. I advised him AGAIN that I had looked literally EVERYWHERE and the earrings were gone. I did not lay blame on anyone but did insinuate they had been stolen. He asked if I wanted them replaced or a credit to my bill. I said I wanted them replaced. He asked if I had filed a police report. No, at the time I did not want to accuse anyone, I just wanted my earrings back. He said hed replace them. That was on 12/18/14. It is now 1/8/15 and he has not upheld his agreement. I had to REPURCHASE the earrings that were STOLEN BY HIS EMPLOYEE. In a few words...DO NOT HIRE.

I received an in-home estimate for a deep clean of my apartment and they scheduled the cleaning for the following week. I was told that the cleaners would be arriving at 12 & finishing up around 2, and if they needed to take more time to clean, they would be able to do so. Here we are, on cleaning day, and when they did not arrive by 12:30, I called the office & they told me that the cleaners were still working on the last house & were still planning on coming. They did not call me to tell me this. I had to call them. They did not apologize. They did not give me an estimate of when they might arrive, so I assumed it might be another 30 minutes or so. At 2, when they were supposed to be done cleaning my apartment, they still had not arrived. I called again & a man answered and told me they would be arriving between 2:30 & 4:30. I asked if they had pushed my timeframe back & he said, "I dont know." I proceeded to ask if they would be cleaning in that timeframe and he said, "They. Will. Be. Arriving. Between. 2:30. And. 4:30." He was quite rude and unprofessional. After all, they are the ones who did not show up on time, nor call to tell me they would be pushing my time back. I am very unhappy with how unprofessional the office staff is & how little they value customer service. The cleaning ladies arrived at 3:30 & did an amazing job. They are the only reason I am giving this company 2 stars. They worked efficiently to get done in a timely manner & the apartment looks great. I am grateful that they did not do a sloppy job just because they were behind schedule. They did what they knew needed to get done & did it well. I am impressed with the cleaning, but the people who are scheduling & in the office really need to evaluate how they run the company & decide if they value their customers at all. I would recommend the cleaners, but because the management is subpar, I would have to say that I do not recommend this company.

My girlfriend and i were looking for a local cleaning service to help with weekly visits. We were more than impressed with the level of service provided. The owner of the branch personally came to my house last week to give me an estimate and sat with me in my home for almost an hour discussing options and security features (which was already very impressive compared to other companies we looked at using). Yesterday was the first scheduled cleaning and we were overwhelmed with the attention to detail and overall cleanliness of our home. Accessories and clothing werent just tossed aside, but neatly put away in an areas we could easily find later and put in the correct place. All of the beds were made (very well) in each room before they left. The cleaning crew left a quick list of the things they did while they were there so its really easy to go behind them and see how well they did. I also noticed another report next to theirs - it was from a quality control manager who just happened to stop in while the crew was cleaning our house to ensure that everything was handled in accordance with our wishes. I couldnt be happier with this service and highly recommend it to everyone in the Humble area. These guys truly know what they are doing, and do it well. Bravo.

So where do I start? Im the type of person who is big on customer service. Well I guess they dont care about loyalty and great customer service. I was charged 48.00 half of a cleaning without my knowledge because I have cancelled cleanings for the last three months. So instead of them reaching out to me to inquire about the change in my needs, and see what adjustments in my cleaning schedule or if any could be made they just charged me without my knowledge. Im not bound by a contract, and I cancel in a timely manner. I informed who I assume was the office manager that did you go and look through my account history to see how many cleanings Ive had?? Did you reach out to me via phone, email or send me an invoice regarding this charge? No? They took it upon themselves to go into my account without prior authorization. Also, the fee I was charged wasnt even applicable to me. Do you really think this is the way you retain customers?? Why would I continue to do business with a company that treats its customers like this? Sure I didnt need a cleaning in the last three months, but for over a year I have been getting monthly cleanings. This is truly distasteful, and I will never use your services or recommend them again.

First off, I dont write reviews. Like at all. But I had to write a review on the Cleaning Authority! I moved into my house a year a half ago and with all of my traveling for work, I really needed to hire someone to help keep the house clean. I didnt want to spend my weekends at home cleaning. I wanted to relax and worry on other items, but as I assume most people would think, a cleaning service isnt cheap. But I did a little research and after some good looking reviews I gave the cleaning authority a call. I was a little nervous on the price, as they needed to come out to the house and look things over before giving a number. Lets just say my jaw hit the floor when I was told what it would cost me. A three story house over 3000 square foot, 4 bedrooms, etc. for a once a month cleaning, cost less than most people spend on gardening services in this area! All I can say is there are very few times in life when you truly feel like youve gotten an amazing deal and the product is just as good. This is one of those times. Im telling you, this is the cleaning company to go with. You wont regret it.
