The owner came out to look at our home, and explain what the procedure is. After going through our home, the owner told us the only item he could see that might be a problem cleaning was the beams in the living room. We explained we did not expect them to clean the beam. We have a couple of "built ins" in the living room. The top shelves were not touched, and none of the nick knacks on any of the shelves were ever touched. After receiving the quote for cleaning, with the first two being the deep cleaning price (a little higher), the house was still not cleaned properly. This was after complaining about the first cleaning. We truly paid for a service we did not receive. After complaining to the owner the second time, all he gave were excuses on why this happened. Not once did he offer any of our money back, or a proper cleaning for free. After receiving all the excuses, rather than The Cleaning Authority making things right, we decided to drop the service. We do not like throwing money in the trash; and this is exactly what we did with this company.

The company gives you points toward free cleanings if you leave a positive review. Absolutely horrible service. We had them for a month or so. Everytime they came in they would miss several items. Honestly, this didnt make me to upset. We are all human right? It was just the lack of customer service on the back end and the unwillingness to correct the problems and absolutely no response from the management. Thats okay though, I paid by credit card and my credit card company refunded about 80% of my money. To bad they wouldnt work with me to fix the issue and I wouldnt have had to go that far.

The owner came out and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and they came out to clean. The first two times would be the initial deep cleaning costing an extra 35.00 a time. I was good with that. Those were the only two cleanings I received. I then tried to get in touch with them about some problems. After calling 6 different times with no response and sending David 2 emails I moved on to trying to find someone else. They still havent returned my key after telling me in the last email they were dropping it in the mail that day.

I called them several times...the first time the person who answered phone bragged that "business was good" and that they were busy and that the her husband would call back to schedule a cleaning...no one ever called. Over a week later I called again....they never returned my phone call. Im so glad that they didnt call back after reading the horrible ratings!! I found a service that did a great job....and they were rated all 5s. Poor customer service....and apparently poor cleaning!

My house is not cluttered I made sure everything is out of their way and they still would miss things or not move little things to vacuum or mop. Under my cabinets were always still dirty. My baseboards were not being cleaned in some places. I used this same company in Colorado and never had this problem. I talked to the owner once before and nothing changed. I kept their services for awhile. Like one guy said they r human people mess up sometimes. They didnt change what I asked.

I have been with the Cleaning Authority for almost 2 years now and I have to tell you, its been great coming home after Patty and Yesinia cleaned my home, nobody is perfect and they are human, if you want perfection you are probably better off cleaning your own home. I love that they are consistent on there arrival times and Office staff is always flexible when I need to change my normal schedule. Thank you for all that you do for us and keep up the good work....
