I recently left Molly Maid after several years. At the beginning the service was great. However, it wasnt long after when the downspiral began. Lack of attention to detail i. e. Finger prints left on glass top tables, blankets not folded, area rugs left in heaps, etc. Then the breakages. An antique soap dish and tooth brush holder were chipped, the wall mounted toilet paper holder was broken. The final straw was the broken shower head and and bathroom decoration found on the floor. No note left or phone call telling me of the breakages. I was calling just about after each visit. Several times supervisors came to inspect. Nothing changed except the price kept going up.I dont place the fault entirely on the workers. Most of the problem lies within the system itself. Workers are expected to clean several customers in a specified amount of time. The time they are given is unreasonable. It is no wonder details are over looked. I have no idea what the supervisors inspected but obviously the time was wasted. They kept telling me that I was a valuable customer- and they have coastal property in Arizona Id like too. Whether I was nice or nasty in my complaining nothing changed. The problem is systemic. Dont waste your time or money.

I would give a zero star rating if it were possible. As Im reading these reviews, Im learning that I should have read them before "hiring" them. The client development person Betsy Major, was all over the phone trying to sign me up, etc. I was told it would be $76.00 and they would debit my card the first time and then I could write a check after that. Now I know why they do it that way. Checked my bank account today and had $220.86 withdrawn from Molly Maids. Oh, and I have a 2 bedroom condominium. They didnt get there on time (came around 2 p.m. - said they would be there at 9). We had 3 dogs at doggy day care and were trying to schedule. The cleaning was so/so but I would never agree to pay $220.86 even to clean a huge home! Im disputing with the bank and of course, Erika at the main office isnt available and Betsy Majors response was to "call the main office" because she cant get into the system. Criminals.

There need to be more stars. The ladies (Josefina and Maria) who helped me put my home back in working order will always have my gratitude. And now I will always request them by name when I need a light cleaning. Heres why: I met them at the door after they arrived very promptly. I warned them that the house was a hazardous waste zone. (Context: Ive been out of the country for a year and tenants were slovenly af.) As I worked to clear all the filth and trash out so that they could clean, they were absolutely meticulous. Baseboards, can lights, window sills, you name it. These women work hard. They even were able to clean out and get back in working order our guest toilet, helping me save plenty hard-earned coins in the process. To sum up, if you care about your home and you want things done right by people who care about what they do, look no further. Seriously.

I highly recommend Molly Maid. From the beginning I realized this company was professional, courteous, punctual, and had great office support for the maids. After several cleanings it became clear that they also consistently did a wonderful job! We have a very messy family, and when they are finished our house looks and smells immaculate. Ive never noticed any details left uncleaned, and if I did, I found it very easy to let the maids know. They would graciously take care of it ASAP. As a customer, you dont want just anyone in your home, but with Molly Maid Ive felt comfortable from Day 1 and highly recommend them. As a busy family there never seems to be enough hours in the day, and Molly Maid makes it possible for us to enjoy a bit more time together.

Ive had the initial deep cleaning and one biweekly cleaning. The front office is very good about sending me reminders, and called the 2nd visit to let me know that the crew would be about 20 minutes late. The crew was polite, asked me about any preference I have for anything I wanted cleaned a certain way, and went through like Mr. Cleans white tornado. Since Im not the best housekeeper in the world, I really like knowing that I can count on a thorough cleaning so that I just need to worry about reorganizing storage and other things I havent been able to get to.

I liked that there was an in-depth initial assessment of my place and my needs before the first cleaning. Danielle asked all of the right questions carefully noting my answers and my concerns. She was quick wasting no time and set my first cleaning and the next up for me on dates and times that suited my schedule. The well-kempt cleaning ladies were cheerful, polite and did a great job! I have used Molly Maids for several years now. They have always done an excellent job. No matter what is needed to be done, they get it done quickly and efficiently. I have cats who like to escape out the front door. They are always careful to watch out for them when coming and going. Molly Maids answers the call even with last minute cleaning requests. It is well worth the money. I have tried other cleaning crews in search of a better price. Well, let me tell you...you get what you pay for. The price Molly Maids charges is well worth it.

I asked Molly Maid to clean our home as a Christmas gift for my wife while she was overseas on business. She and I were amazed at how clean they got our place. It smelled so wonderful when you walked in the door. I was home when they were there and let me tell you these ladies do it right! They will continue to clean my place and it is well worth the money. I give them five stars out of five for timeliness, quality, courtesy and the little extras they do like taking my things out of the dryer and folding them.

“Molly Maids have a routine to ensure that everything gets cleaned or dusted. The personnel do a great job, every time! Ive been using their services for ten years now with no reason to change. My only suggestion is to ask your maids to place things back the way that they find them such as small rugs or mini blinds. Sometimes they forget to put the rug back or to straighten the mini blind after dusting.

Molly Maid has been great! Ive had them cleaning for about 4 months now and the service has been excellent. The customer service of the person who did the estimate for monthly cleaning for my house was very friendly and thorough in her explanations of all charges and all processes that the company follows. I had no questions and felt very reassured. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I called Molly Maid on a Friday to clean my house for a party on Saturday, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. They were punctual, polite, and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house at a very reasonable price. When they say "top to bottom," they mean it! I highly recommend Molly Maid and will definitely be using their services again soon!
