Susan/Audrey as one of the owners of the company I cannot believe you would write something like this without even using our services. Public record shows we have been in business since 2013 and have several clients that we have had since we first started. We do laundry at our shop for clients that request it and if they are stained that is the owners concern not ours. I was present when you came to the shop and spoke with D and he was trying to get you to commit to use our services and you would never give him an answer, then you said you would and could not give him a definite day and he sent several e-mails and made at least 3 phone calls that I was witness to and left messages. We pride our selves on professionalism and making sure the customer is satisfied. We go above and beyond as any of our clients can attest to.

Audrey (or should I say Susan)- It is very unfortunate that you have had a bad experience I am one of the owners and I assure you we have been in business since March of 2013 and have just completed our 3rd rental season. This is public record. (The papers from the Courthouse are hanging on our wall) We also have an A rating with the BBB to which we have been members of for more than a year. I have a feeling that you are upset because we denied you service because it was too difficult to get a hold of you and get the information needed for a vacation rental. Wow! BEST CLEANING COMPANY IVE EVER USED! Looked into hiring them based on reviews. After a few phone conversations with Ivey and Jennifer I felt comfortable in hiring them. One of my best decisions! They are a first class operation. The cleaning crew, headed by Rosie, were top notch. They showed up on time and worked extremely hard until the place was over-the-top clean and were very pleasant. Way to go 3 Broads & a Broom! They also gave me the name of someone to deep-clean the carpets who also did an excellent job. Only complaint is they are in Galveston and I would like to use them where I am....Houston. Keep up the GREAT work, Ladies!!

It has been a great experience working with them as their business grows and mine does as well and they are not only a great cleaning team, but great when it comes to offering practical, positive solutions to situations as they arise and being extremely supportive in a growing business. I would (and have) recommended then to many as a cleaning team for residential and commercial properties, as well as a potential employer for those who have the same hard work ethic and standards as the owners and management team of this company.

I have had a TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL experience with these people. NOTE: THIS COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 3 YEARS - I LOOKED IT UP SO IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE OTHER REVIEW MAY NOT BE AUTHENTIC - THEY HAVE NOT BEEN IN BUSINESS THAT LONG! LOOK IT UP! In particular the man (name starts with a D) he was extremely rude on both times I was there to investigate it I should use them. When I was there I saw them folding towels with stains (at least that I could see) and I would not ever EVER want that in my rental home. I strongly suggest not to use. Seriously.
