This was a move out cleaning and it wasnt too dirty to begin with. They showed up with 3 people and charged me for an hour and a half. I was gone and they left them selves out. Went back after they were done and found the only thing they did was clean bathrooms and mop my flloe. Also they vacuumed. They used what must have been a dirty mop and soapy water on my wood floors and didnt even claen under my table. It was actually cleaner and shinier where they skipped which you could majorly tell. They didnt clean my base boards, no dusting was done, or outside of fridge. My inside was already done by me. No cabinets or counter tops were done. They didnt dust my windows or blinds. They didnt windex or clam windows. I asked about polishing or dusting and the man siad they just use a dap rag. Well over time water on rag will wear wood and they should know that. I could go on but you should get the point. I think they thought since I close on my house soon I would not go back and check. Worst businesses experience ever and they just made my kitchen floor look worse. Dull and nasty now. They could not have spent more than 15 minutes cleaning but charged me way more! Expensive company using cheap products with lazy people working for them. I would never leave a house like that and I have cleaned for $$. Also they didnt even sweep or mop my entry ways.

DO NOT USE THEM. DO IT YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DOING IT YOURSELF WHEN THEY LEAVE ANYWAY. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Why would you clean a house and use no water? I have never seen cleaning like this even from my children. They rush through and have an attitude when you ask them to just look at something. The estimator was rude and Kati has no customer service experience. They need to work on training the ladies that clean. They dont check a list off and they dont come to let you know they are leaving. I would rather pay twice what I paid them to actually get some people that will clean. They had a girl named Stephanie that was really nice but Im sure they ran her off. They will ruin the Molly Maid name.

Poorest Service I have ever received. There are too many other choices that provide better quality service. It seems that in this day and age you should be able to get dependable service. I could not get an exact time. I was told after 12 p.m. When no one was here by 2 p.m. I called and was finally given a time (3:30) I got a call at 3:15 indicating someone would be at my house in 45 minutes. I was offered the option to pay a fee to reschedule. I will NEVER use this service again

They are great. Ive used them twice. I called for same day service today and they got me right in. Their prices were much better than competitors. They did an excellent job communicating and taking care of what we needed accomplished. The ladies on both occasions were very kind and did a great job! Thank you Molly Maids. Satisfied customer
